I love this brand La Senza, I'm also an active member back home in Jakarta, and their membership is worth it! But I can't find their store here in Lisbon; thankfully, shopping online is so easy. They have a good system, I don't mind automatic email as long as the update is precise and the delivery is as promised.

I've been shopping at La Senza for years - first in store then online after they closed the stores in my area. I liked their product and never had any issues until December 2022 when I placed an order online. Shortly after, I got an email saying my order was cancelled - no explanation. I asked why and they said there was an issue with some orders and mine was affected (which really doesn't explain anything). I was quite annoyed so I found another company to order from. This morning I get an email from La Senza asking for my reviews of the products they cancelled. Not sure what's going on there but they've gone wayyy downhill and I've moved on and found a Canadian company I'd rather support.

No body buy from last senza they owed me £44 pound and only refunded me £21 , so avoid at all costs , they owe their biggest clothing supplier a lot of money check it out on the web

paid for membership but my account doesn't show it. customer service no help. limited sizes available. poor quality items (seams ripping after only a few wears)
no response from CS when emailing about issues.
store staff says phone CS. Phone CS says give it a week to update. A week? How is this not instant electronic?
AVOID! GO TO THE COMPETITION!

I am resubmitting a new review as my previous review stated that La Senza did not pay a refund on goods undelivered. However, they have now dealt with the issue and I have received my refund (8 months later). Thank you Jesse at La Senza for sorting it out. I hope you resolve your customer service issues, as I would really like to buy your stuff, but just a bit weary now.

I was afraid after I read reviews after placing my order. So I asked them to cancel the order..They have refused to cancel it saying right after order is placed the shipping process starts. I am waiting to hear now when they will ship the order. I will have see if I get my order and when it happens.

So far the order has not been shipped after two days of placing it. So they are not that quick in shipping as they say.

This business lacks professionalism something awful! I placed an order on their website. The order does not appear in my account. I called customer service which sounds like I am calling someone in the bottom of a well. There are numerous excuses on why their website does not display orders, like it is normal. My credit account was charged, though five days later the order still has not shipped or appear on my account. Too much babying of improper business technology! And still no shipping. Not sure if this business is real. Better to skip shopping here. The experience is miserable!

I ordered a couple of bra's online. I used La Senza's recommendations for size based off of my measurements. I received the bras, and found they were too small. I went to return them at a local location that was listed on their website - turns out the location does not exist!! I contacted their customer service, in which they proceeded to do nothing. They gave me a generic reply with their return policy and that I would need to pay to return the items, and no mention as to why the location shows it exists on the website. I will NEVER order from there again.

I had a bad experience with returns today. I purchased online while returning I noticed that the invoice they had given was wrong. The store rep asked me to provide her email receipt. Which I did? She said I will revive less amount then what I paid. She said that they are charging me for the club card. I am not happy with the service where they provide me wrong invoice and I have to prove what I paid? The store people cannot do any thing and they put me to customer service which was just wast of my time. I had specifically asked some to contact me by phone and they send me email saying they cannot refund the club card charges. With such a bad experience why will I need a card where I will not be shopping.

I've shopped at la senza since they had shops in UK and since early this year, they have had technical issues with ordering from the UK. I have sent emails, spoken with customer service on the little chat thing and message them on Instagram. Still there is issues with ordering from the UK. I have a loyalty card with them and it was pointless as it runs our next month and I've barely used it since the issue is still there...

I received 3 bra’s as a Christmas gift and within 4 months the area that the straps clip in were all frayed and falling apart. I contacted the head office and explained the situation and added pictures to show what had happened. I received a reply saying the case was being closed.i resent the letter and said how can the case be closed when I haven’t even had a reply. I got a reply 7 days letter saying they apologize there not sure what happened so I explain the situation again and sent the pictures I received a email asking if I had the receipt I explained again that they were Christmas gift and after they fit me my mother had thrown out the receipts they said sorry there’s nothing they can do without receipts so the case is closed. I will never purchase another product from them they have know Customerservice and the policy is realistic who keeps a receipt for 5 to 6 months for a bra

LaSenza customer service couldn’t help me with my issue. I had two bras not even 4 month since I purchased them it got ripped at the same spot.
I contacted customer service and ask to help me, they said nothing without receipts?! I don’t have them that’s why I’m contacting customer service otherwise I would go to store.
Terrible quality lately and horrible customer service…

So listen.. I love their bras, the quality and the designs. However, it's been more than a week and I've been trying over and over again to make a purchase. There's some technical issues, so I was advised to try the next day as it was currently being worked on. I've added the items back into my cart and tried to checkout about 15 times now and still it won't work. It's a tedious process and the LaSenza staff says since they work from home there's no help they can provide.. so now the sales are gone, certain styles that I had selected are soon to be gone.. and I still CANNOT ORDER. It's beyond frustrating, and there's simply no help they offer. Very very sad, how long will this be broken??

Don’t waste your hard earned dollars on garbage quality.

This is the absolute worst company to try to order from.

Almost 2 weeks ago, I made an order and waited for an email saying my order had been processed. After not getting one, I contacted them to see what was going on. They told me they were having IT issues, that my order hadn't gone through and try ordering again another time. I thought a week was a long time to not have issues like that resolved, but whatever.

Today I tried to order again, thinking they must have their issues figured out. NOPE! I got the email saying my order was received (just like last time) but I checked my account to see if my order would show up there. Says "the page you're looking for isn't available."

So, La Senza, when do you plan on having these issues fixed? I'll never be buying from this garbage company again, not even in store. They clearly don't want business if they can't have ordering problems figured out. Starting to think IT issues are just an excuse because there's no reason it should take WEEKS to have things like that persist. Get your act together!!!!

I always see people say that they would give zero stars if they could and think that's a tad dramatic, but I now understand. I received my order and the quality of the bras I ordered was less than subpar especially for the price point. Neither of the bras I ordered provided any coverage at all despite one of them being advertised as full coverage. I requested a return label and wasn't sent one- I had to call to have one sent. When it was sent, I received a label that will be shipped to Chicago, IL despite being charged "international shipping costs". When I reached out to customer service to verify that this was correct, I was told it wasn't and to send a screenshot and another, correct label would be provided. I then received a condescending message asking where I made an error with the package and explained that I was told the return label should be for Canada, not in the US (and this was the reason for the international shipping fee). The second agent let me know this was not the case and that I would be charged a $20 return fee despite the fact that my return would be sent to a hub in the US "to save the company in costs". I pointed out that I would now being charged shipping both ways when only once would they have had to pay international shipping and was essentially told this is the way it was. I would not recommend La Senza to anyone due to poor quality product and even worse customer service.

Used to be my go to shop but their garbage website doesn't actually convert the currency, instead it changes the dollar sign to a pound sign so when you go to pay your £29 bras are suddenly £39!! Told multiple customer service agents who said it would be fixed and 2 weeks later still does it. They could have at least offered to help me purchase another way but no. So guess I'd better find somewhere else to shop from now on that helps its loyal customers. Such a disappointment

The sizes run small, and the items don't last long even when you take special care of them. I thought I just had bad luck with it before but now I know that all of their product is similar. I own medium at home and ordered the same from them and they were like a small. Nothing fit when it arrived. Returning them means waiting weeks for a refund or driving an hour to the nearest store. They don't have a lot on line to chose from in sizes, and I would think they would by now when Christmas shopping has started. My last pair of underwear are terrible quality and have stretched and faded when washed. My bra straps are also bad quality. I am surprised to have been measured at the store yet all of their clothing doesn't match what they wrote down for me. Very disappointed.
