I placed my order on March 11th and paid in full. On March 20th, the shop owner, Tomas, explicitly confirmed via email that my order would be shipped "next week". That was the last time I heard from him.
​After that initial promise, there was complete radio silence. Multiple follow-up emails from my side asking for an update or a tracking number were completely ignored. I eventually had to set a final, formal deadline, which also passed without any reaction or explanation.
​Since the shop failed to deliver the goods and refused to communicate, I was forced to initiate a chargeback via my credit card to get my money back.
​If you value reliable shipping, valid contracts, and basic customer service, I strongly advise against buying here. A massive waste of time.

The package finally arrived today. The 30 Brass Fiorni were complete, but instead of the ordered 100 Zamak Prague Groschen, only 99 were included.
​While I am glad the items eventually reached me and the quality of the replicas is decent, the overall experience remains poor. The missing item, the initial lack of communication, and the broken shipping promises confirm a lack of professional attention to detail and customer service. I am upgrading my rating to 2 stars only because the delivery was eventually fulfilled, but I cannot recommend this shop for a reliable transaction.

I ordered something like 180 € worth of coins in February, marked as "in stock". Were not in stock. So I asked to integrate the order with 600 € worth larp weapons. It's July, and after a lot of excuses, unaswered messages and so on, I've received 82 coins out of the 200 ordered, and 2 weapons out of 11.

This producer is just a scammer and a thief, do not buy here.

I ordered a sword, but they shipped it in packaging that was smaller than the sword itself. Unsurprisingly, it arrived with the tip severely bent.

I contacted them to explain the issue, but they claimed they couldn’t think of a better way to ship it safely (seriously?), so they refused to send a replacement. I offered several reasonable packaging suggestions and even asked for a refund. Instead, they offered a discount, which clearly doesn't fix the problem, and then stopped responding entirely.

Very disappointing experience. If you decide to buy from them, just know that if anything goes wrong, you’re on your own.
