Very happy
I use Lark as they are the recommended insurance company through the Musicians Union. I’ve never made a claim so can’t comment on that side but I do have quite a lot of instruments insured with them and I certainly have peace of mind knowing that I’m covered for any accidents or thefts.

I’m very happy with Lark, they provide good value for money. They are easy to deal with and communications are very clear. That may sound like not very much but I find it increasing difficult to work with many companies who claim to be customer focused. Lark really are achieving customer centric service.

If the price increase is disproportionate, query
I received my renewal invitation and noticed that the price had gone up between 40-50%, which I was not happy with. I contacted the company and they rang me back and said there had been an administrative error and the quoted premium was way too high - I should have had a renewal price similar to my last year's price. I was happy to go with this. However I remain a little concerned that the erroneous price was given in the first place - I will definitely check future quotes and query if necessary.
