I ordered a replacement battery for my laptop and paid for 3 days delivery. Over a week later I logged on to find that it stated dispatched that day. Another week later, still no battery. I contacted them and the gave me an absolute load of rubbish for an excuse, I.e. The status of your order is Royal Mail has identified it as suspicious and please wait 20 more days. Bull!!!! There was no tracking information for Royal Mail. I contacted them again and requested that they send a replacement as I required the battery as a matter of urgency. They replied please wait 40 more days. Thank goodness that I used PayPal to pay. I raised a dispute through PayPal but they didn't respond to PayPal or me. PayPal refunded my money. BE WARNED!!!!! UNTRUSTWORTHY CON ARTISTS!!!
By the way, this was 90 days ago and guess what? Yeah that's right, it never did arrive.

I had to order part of a new charger for my laptop and this was the only place I could buy it without ordering off DELL directly, I looked for reviews and couldn't find any so thought I would risk it for £7.99, while the website isn't perfect I had no problems with the company, they sent out my order and let me track it on their website and it arrived earlier than expected, my only complaint would be they never sent an email saying when it was dispatched but I know not every company does this.

i ordered a charger from them,and they sent with missing parts.
they ignored requests for a replacement or refund.

so i open a paypal case.they then enter a fake return address,so i lose my claim.

im furious,ive paid,returned their item,and am left with nothing,being ripped off.paypal are investigating again,as they realised the return address this company provided was misleading.

avoid this company at all costs.

what a disgraceful company.

Ordered battery 3/9/13, supposedly shipped 6/9/13 by Royal Mail, even gave a tracking number. Checked tracking number, doesn't seem to exist on Royal Mail. Sent an email asking where my battery was and tracking number disappears off my order history. I've given them until Tuesday 17th to deliver, if they don't I'll be reporting them for fraud and false advertising, also going to see if the bank can get my money back. Meantime stuck with a laptop that doesn't have a working battery.

Got an email today saying that my battery had been shipped from the UK and that I should wait 20 days for delivery. Replied repeating that I expected my battery by Tuesday 17th Sept or I would be taking further steps. I've already complained to Amazon as that is where I came across the advert for this company.

I ordered my battery on July 30th and have received nothing. They responded to me asking me to wait 20 days. I did threaten them that i will leave a negative review but they have not refunded or replied back again.
