Laptop Battery Anmeldelser

I have a laptop from a well known custom pc builder and when the battery became a bit jaded I contacted them for a replacement. They sent an incorrect replacement, so when I contacted them to complain they apologised, but were unable to supply the correct unit. They did give me the details of a German company that had them in stock, but they were expensive. I did an internet search but failed to find an alternative, so bought what was the only choice.
When that began to fail three years later I did a search using the part number and the only match that came up, was from laptop-battery.org. Pleasingly though it was at a much lower price point than the first replacement, so after checking out the company via Trustpilot I decided to order.
The company obviously has had problems with incorrect orders, because they want information about the computer, so that they can check they don't supply the wrong item. Not many suppliers take that step, which is very admirable in my opinion.
I had already lifted a photo of the rather complicated three cell battery from the website and had checked the part numbers on the cells and circuit board, so I knew it was the right item.
I made a note of my checks on my order and that sped up my order and the correct item was supplied and I am using it as I type this review.
In summation I heartily endorse laptop-battery.org as a responsible supplier of decently priced laptop batteries.

Brilliant customer service.
Product is great.
Highly recommended for business.

Got my Toshiba Satellite replacement from Laptop Battery and truly happy with the product. First class communication ensured I had ordered the correct item. Fits perfectly and performs faultlessly. As good if not better capacity than the original and much less expensive.

Very quick to deliver and the battery retains the charge for quite a while , thanks.

First class speedy service right part at the right price, excellent communication

I highly recommend ordering from Laptop-battery.org.uk. I ordered a hard-to-find battery for my 2015 Google Chromebook Pixel 2. The battery arrived just as advertised. Brand New! I installed the battery and now my Chromebook is working as it did when I bought it with over 10.5 hours of battery life. Not only did Laptop-battery.org.uk deliver exactly what was promised but they were extremely responsive to my emails when I was asking for the status of my order. Being in the USA I was a bit hesitant to place the order but I am SO glad that I did! I HIGHLY recommend ordering from this site!

The battery arrived quickly and all worked flawlessly

Battery came quickly. Easy to install and was an original OEM part for my legion laptop computer. Everything works well.

Received a battery for our Acer Ionica One after the original one stopped charging. It arrived pretty promptly and we fitted it following a YouTube video - it works well and looked identical to the original. Very pleased with the item and service.

Ordered battery for Acer Switch Alpha 12" tablet with keyboard.
Battery arrived very soon, and well packed.
Local computer shops to me all said that they would not fit a battery to a tablet!!
Used You Tube video for instructions on how to install.
Completed and the battery was an exact fit.
When fully charged the battery indicator was showing 7 hours and 28 minutes.
Fantastic. The tablet is now as good as it was when new.
Satisfied customer.
Will use again.

Ordered battery a replacement for my Sony Netbook. Battery was delivered promptly and is as good as the original.

Ordered a new battery for my old laptop and was so glad to get it working again. Communication was excellent, they showed me exactly which battery I needed, it was a perfect fit and it came within the time stated. 5 star service 👍

J'ai payé la cde avec la livraison, et le facteur me demande 11€ de livraison. Pas moyen d'avoir une réponse de cette société qui fait le mort... a ce jour, je ne la recommande pas. Christian

Ordered a battery for my lenovo helix, arrived in good time and will be using again when needed.

laptop-battery successfully supplied replacement battery for 5 year old laptop. Perfect fit and battery life is as good as new. Great service.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Thank you

Ordered a keyboard for my laptop, and they were very concerned about sending me the right keyboard. Sent me emails asking for some pictures, to make sure the keyboard was the right one.

The only issue, was the delivery time. It took about 3 weeks to arrive. But they didn't try to make any excuses, they just asked a bit more time, which I did.

In the end, I received the product, it is working, and I am happy.

I recommend it, if you're not in a hurry. Like in my case, I was working with an external keyboard, I could wait, without issues.

If you can't wait, I am sure they can offer a premium posting service, in order to make the delivery faster.

Communications are 5**
