I placed an order with this company for an item advertised as “in stock” but has not been delivered. On the web site it claims my order has been processed. 3 emails asking for an ETA have gone unanswered and the online chat service isn’t working.
Please give me a response to my emails or I will have no option but to report your site to the credit card companies as a potential fraudulent site.

Order #2172 site says it’s in stock.

I received no email from you and did not cancel the order and have not received a refund. It’s also funny that you only now tell me it was scheduled for delivery and did not update the detail of my order on your website.
I have only stated my own truthful experience with your company.

Oh dear - I wish I’d read these reviews before placing my order! Bought a trampoline for my daughter’s birthday. I expressed the need for it to arrive on time and have chased twice with no reply or acknowledgement. I know it’s awful for any child to not receive their present but she’s autistic and this trampoline would absolutely transform her world at home. Bouncing is a favourite thing and relieves her anxiety.

Terrible service and I’ll be requesting a refund and ordering from elsewhere.

Excellent company to deal with. Received my garden furnitures, great price compare with other retailer.

Think they advertise items just to cancel so they obtain information to sell on.

I ordered a product for my mums birthday on 26/5/21 (order 1798), expecting it to arrive as described. Still nothing, no communication at all. No response to my email asking where the product is. Bit embarrassing really. Next step will be to report to the credit card company, a reminder to do your due diligence prior to purchasing products online

I placed an order 2nd June 2021. Item to be received in 3-5 days. Emailed twice & no reply. Just says pending. Not great customer service at all. Won't be using this site again.

I ordered an item off of your website on 10th May with delivery expecting to be 3-5 days. I emailed on 12th May as I did not get a dispatch email and the item was a gift for 18th May.
I received an email back on 17th May to say the item had been delayed and that I would receive the item in 1-2 weeks and that I would receive an email once it had been shipped.
I then emailed again on 26th May to say that I still have not received the item and that I would like a refund on the delivery (£3.99) as I still had not received the item.
It is now three weeks and I have not received my item! I am so annoyed with your customer service and that I STILL have not received my item without any updates!
TERRIBLE service and never using again!

The customer service I received from Very and the Furniture Dept was exceptional. There was a slight issue over faulty parts but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would definitely shop here again! I am really pleased with the Cuba wardrobe too as it is excellent value for money and looks really good

Ok ........ so I really wanted to prove all the negative reviews wrong BUT.... I placed my order really excited. Paid for it and my funds are in pending.

Had an email to say item is out of stock. Bank have said that they can and should cancel this status immediately. I can’t reorder from elsewhere until I have that money back in my account.

Sort your stock out and stop taking customers money so they have to wait to get it back. This delay is preventing me from buying another .....

I have no faith in this company at all and believe it to be a scam website and extremely poor customer service.

Interesting how the only recent positive reviews are from Sri Lanka for a company registered and selling in the UK!!

Firstly I ordered the Patio set I wanted 5/4/21 as it was out of stock in 'Asda' but they were selling it as only slightly more so I went for it. Despite contacting them numerous times never heard back from them, then on 3/5/21 out the blue they cancelled my order due to having no stock. Two days later the same item had been relisted on the website, in stock, but at £50 more, I was angry at this but wanted this style and was still out of stock at 'Asda' so thought Ill still go for it.

I was then told the order was shipped on the 9/5/21....It Wasn't

I got a notification from the delivery company on 13/5/21 that they had received the package and would be delivered on 16/5/21....they hadn't

On the 16/5/21 I had a txt from the delivery company saying it was the next drop at 10am.....It wasn't

Later that day I had a message from the delivery company saying they had not received the parcel from Laodel.

Meanwhile I had on my order from Laodel the order was completed on the 15/05/21...Obviously it wasn't.

I messaged and after a day told they would investigate with there delivery partner.... I never heard back.

I spoke to the very helpful delivery company and they told me it was lost in transit as never received the item and that the order from there client and was actually from Asda....Cue being very angry from me. I got the reference number and managed to eventually speak to someone in Asda head office as my name was not the name of the account ordered despite it being my delivery address and contact details.

In short this newly 'registered' company in at an office that has dodgy reviews in central London, with an owner listed as from Sri Lanka, with the company shop premises is actually an Asda in London has ordered an item from Asda to sell as there own, even having the check to use the same pictures from the Asda website.

Do not buy from this company you might be lucky to get an item at an inflated price from another seller but I doubt you will do, they have been reported to both Asda and Trading Standards.

As with many others who have wrote reviews had the same pending issue, funds went to pending had an email saying pending then nothing. I emailed several times and asked for the order to cancelled and nothing. It takes two seconds to write an email. Avoid.

On reflection re my review posted a few days ago the company have cancelled our order as per our request, been in touch with me to confirm the cancellation of my order and refunded the full amount all within 3 days. I am grateful for your swift response, due to this i have the trust once again to use your website. The sticking point for me was not having any confirmation of my order, this lead to mistrust of your website.

Best price compare with other site, delivered within 3days, customer service reply within few min, Recommended.

Excellent service, great website, so much choices, easy to order. Item arrived promptly & was well packaged. Very happy with my purchase, I will definitely use Laodel again!

I have ordered a large stuffed toy tiger for my daughter. The order is showing as processed. It has been over a week and I have had no communication as to when it will be delivered. On the website it says 3 to 5 days?

Order stuck in pending and no reply to emails. So not sure whether my items will be delivered. My order has now been cancelled.

Ordered garden furniture over a month ago and still no movement on the pending status. Laodel not responding to the three emails.

I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER BUT I CAN NOT FIND ON THE WEBSITE HOW I COULD DO IT. NO OPTION THERE. NO MONIES WILL BE TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT.

Like a lot of the other reviews, my order is still pending with no replies to emails etc... I would like to cancel my order. I have 2 weeks waiting for it.
