This was a return trip for us at Casa Del Rio, as always Nina and Nathan were fantastic, welcome pack is a lovely touch and very generous, the Villa is perfect for us with great outdoor space, privacy and close enough to the main strips to walk in/out.
It’s great knowing that you are in safe hands with Nina and Nathan. We are already planning a return trip so hope to see you both soon :)

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday with friends at Casa Tropicana. The villa is perfect in every way, absolutely beautiful. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and had everything we could possibly want for a truly relaxing holiday. Everything was perfect from the interior decor to the pool, garden, and outside terrace with comfortable furniture. It's definitely the best villa we have ever stayed in.

The owners, Nina and Nathan were lovely hosts, available if you needed them. They were so kind and helpful, especially when we had a medical emergency. Nina's help with the doctor was very reassuring.

The location of the villa is great, a 10 minute walk into the old town where there are plenty of good restaurants. We had some lovely food out, never a bad meal. There are also plenty of taxis about if you don't feel like the walk back.

We'll definitely return, so glad we have this 'go to' place for the future!

Just back from a fabulous 10 days holiday over Christmas & New Year in the stunning Casa Tropicana, Nina & Nathan are excellent hosts even beautifully decorating the villa for the festive season, facilities were second to none, from cleanliness to the very welcome pack no stone was left unturned. We will definitely be back and have highly recommended Lanzarote Sunshine Villas to friends & family. We returned home to freezing temperatures totally relaxed and ready to take on the New Year. Xx

Just got home from a fabulous 10 night stay at Casa Del Rio .
Nina and Nathan are the hostests with the mostests, fantastic service and communication from booking to arriving.
The location of this wonderful Villa for us was perfect not far away from bars restaurants and supermarkets.
We found the outdoor space brilliant heated pool , hot tub , outside dining area… what more could anyone ask for .
It comes as no surprise that this beautiful Villa gets booked up quickly .

Having found this little gem by being ‘nosey’ and staying in the hotel opposite, we decided to book it once we returned home.
The villa had everything we needed, very clean as well as a heated pool and hot tub. Left there feeling very relaxed and have given the details to a couple of friends. For once I was happy to have been nosey

We discovered this beautiful villa after being ‘caught’ by Nina being nosey looking through gaps while we were staying at the RIU in February 😂 she showed us around and we loved it and immediately booked when we got home!
The villa is in a perfect location with brilliant facilities, immaculately clean and everything you will need. Nina & Nathan were fab hosts, left a generous welcome pack and popped in to say hi on 1st day.
Pool was heated and perfect as was the hot tub.
Utility facilities were great and we returned home to a very cold November UK with all our washing done!
Will definitely be returning and have already recommended to friends.

Beautiful villa so so clean and everything you would need is provided. Nina and Nathan were excellent hosts and such a lovely couple. Can’t wait to go back to one of their villas hopefully soon.

Lazy Daze is a stunning villa, spotlessly clean, spacious and full of little touches to make you feel at home. Linens, towels etc are of great quality, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Bedroom storage is plentiful. Great little utility area too, with washing machine and lines, should you need it. Lovely as well that the villa is on two levels, the lower pool/hot tub and sunbathing area is also spacious, clean and well looked after. Nina & Nathan could not be more helpful, and leave you a generous welcome pack for your arrival.
We would not hesitate to stay here again, in fact, when we return to Lanzarote we will not stay anywhere else ! We had a wonderful week, and Lazy Daze was a big part of it ❤️ x

We have been visiting Lanzarote for over 30 years and can honestly say 'Casa Tropicana' is the nicest villa we have stayed in.
Great location and presented so well by Nina & Nathan (Lanzarote Sunshine Villas). The villa was immaculate and spotlessly clean and had everything you could have possibly wanted, from the impressive welcome pack to the lovely outside furniture with clean, comfortable cushions, absolutely perfect.
Nothing was too much trouble for Nina & Nathan, we did have a small issue with the electrics but Nathan came round within 10 minutes and sorted it out.
We would highly recommend 'Casa Tropicana', equally Nina & Nathan (LSV) who were excellent to deal with.
Keep up the good work and we will hopefully see you soon.

We have been visiting Lanzarote for many years and have been guests at Casa Del Rio over the years and we did not think it could get any better but new owners and the most amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hosts Nina and Nathan have added another level of home from home from booking to departure it felt like we met new friends nothing is a bother the villa is absolutely immaculate inside and out. Private pool, Hot tub, all your own sun-loungers no fighting to get one, pool towels provided. Parasols, shaded soft seating and alfresco dining areas Every last detail is catered for too many to mention the villa is so well equipped and so fresh and comfortable. The welcome pack is fantastic and so kind. So even in a late arrival you can get your holiday started as soon as you arrive. We were super impressed by our hosts as we got to see the Tropicana and Lazy Days Villas all off which are superb and we look forward to visiting any of those to and guys no need to miss the sports it’s all there for you. We cannot thank you enough for making our holiday ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ so fantastic Nina and Nathan and we will be booking again as soon as we get home. Thomas & Mary X

Wow, just pure wow, the villa is amazing and the pictures do not do it justice, the host's Nina and Nathan are fantastic.

It was our 1st holiday with our 3 year old grandson and it was perfect. The villa has such a homely feeling, all the things you need home from home, everything you need to know is in the welcome pack, and communication from booking was fantastic and very helpful.

The welcome pack of drinks and food was perfect, especially when a late flight.

Perfect touch with a clean pool and hot tub.

Friendly hosts when they came for a meet and great on your first day.

Stunning villa, amazing views. It is decorated to an excellent standard with lovely modern furnishings. Excellent outdoor space with various seating areas, pool and hot tub and barbecue.

Welcome pack was a lovely gesture particularly since we didn’t arrive until very late in the evening.

Every detail has been thought of, makes it a fantastic and comfortable place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Nathan and Nina went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The villa was beautiful and had all the amenities we wished for. Lovely place and lovely people.

Casa Del Rio.
Myself and my husband are just back from Casa Del Rio after a 9 night stay. The villa was everything you could wish for and more. Extremely comfy, homely feeling. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. Very clean inside and out. The pool was fantastic and kept very clean. They had two lovely shaded areas outside to get away from the sun, if needed. We have been coming now to Lanzarote for 12 years and by far this is one of the best, if not the best villa we ever stayed in. Our hosts, Nathan & Nina, were lovely from the booking of the villa and throughout our stay. We thankfully had no problems and did not need to contact them but we knew that if we did they would not hesitate to meet our needs. We loved it so much we booked before we left to return next September.

We had the most amazing stay in Casa Tropicana. The villa is stunning and has everything you need for your stay including bath and beach towels. Nina and Nathan are amazing hosts and are on the other end of the phone if we had any questions, they even booked our taxi to the airport when we were returning home. Our children loved the pool it was the highlight of there holiday having their own swimming pool. The villa is within walking distance of the old and new town the location is perfect. I would highly recommend Lanzarotesunshinevillas. We are already planning our return trip next year.

We had a brilliant time spent in a beautiful villa, Nathan and Nina were a pleasure to deal with and the villa had every thing that you could ask for, it was spotlessly clean, excellent aircon in the bedrooms, a lovely welcome pack, kitchen had all the necessary utensils that you would require and more, there was lovely outdoor furniture and covered shaded terrace to escape from the heat when necessary, we truly enjoyed ourselves and would have no hesitation in recommending Casa Del Rio to anyone and hope to return again soon.

Casa Del Rio. We’ve been coming to this particular villa over the years, with our tiny toddlers and now late teens and it just doesn’t disappoint. The new owners/hosts Nina & Nathan have made our experience even more special. The welcome pack, really good! So many nice treats in there. We bought our own speaker but there was one there, amazing.

Nina & Nathan also couldn’t be more helpful when it came to recommending new restaurants and booking out return taxi!!

The villas finishing touches are more quality than your usual and nothing beats that feeling of being home from home. Although now we want a hot tub 🤣

It was absolutely spotless on arrival and we honestly loved every moment of our week. We LOVE the walk into the restaurants, it’s the perfect location!

Could have happily stayed for another week.

Just back from a week in casa del Rio and we cannot say enough good things about this fabulous villa. From the offset it is a beautiful, inviting, comfortable and most importantly spotlessly clean home. We really did feel at home in it and so relaxed. Nina and Nathan were such lovely hosts to deal with from the initial booking until we arrived home. We luckily didn’t need anything throughout our stay but we knew they weren’t far away. The welcome basket was such a lovely treat when we landed and we really appreciated all the extra little touches even down to the portable Bluetooth speaker. Location wise there is a few shops and restaurants near by and we know the matagorda area quite well so we walked the 15 min walk most evenings to dine out. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is, there is not one thing we could fault and we will definitely be returning. Thanks again to Nina and Nathan for opening up your fantastic home.
