Lanteria simply saved one working day per month for each member of our sales team. It is a simple and great tool for salary reports, attendance tracking, and for the core HR needs.

We use Core HR, Time and Attendance and Learning modules of Lanteria to consolidate several separate HR systems we have used before. Having all important records (including personal data, absence allowances and history, learning courses and certifications) saves a lot of time.

Great software if you aim to cover all HR processes in one place.

Initially, we bought it to cover our core HR needs, but later we shifted to using all Lanteria HR's modules (starting from Performance Management).

I think there are some flaws in it, especially UI can be a bit overwhelming at first, but as you move further it gets easier.

We use Time & Attendance Management, Lanteria HR Resource Planning, and Performance Management solutions to automate work that we used to do in Excel. We were able to customize each solution to our company's needs. It helps us save a ton of time and increase effectiveness.

Lanteria helped us consolidate the majority of our HR processes into one system. Now we have everything we need at our fingertips. Also Lanteria offers a beautiful mobile experience for time tracking and creating time-off requests - highly recommended!

This solution decreases manually and paperwork. You just simply have the full organization structure with access to employees learning, performance and absences modules. And you can simply operate with all of this stuff.
As a manager, you can work with your team, as ex.: provide task and get feedback.

Lanteria HR provides ability to manage employees performance, education and a lot of another features. It also has integrations with such systems as LinkedIn Learning, DocuSign, ADP, etc., so it is easily to transfer employees data to Lanteria HR and start work with it.

Lanteria HR continues to provide valuable support with our employees absence management. This system has increased the visibility and importance of absence management throughout our company which helps us to effectively manage and improve the attendance of our teams. Lanteria delivered a quality product, to the standards expected and have also provided great on-going support and bespoke system options.
