PUPPY MILL BROKER SITE! ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! DO BOT BUY!
FACT...This is just another puppy mill brokering site. With ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY when problems are reported. They say that it's your responsibility to do your own vetting of each seller! Isn't that MORE the responsibility of the site? To make a safe buying environment for your customers!!?? Yes, buyers should absolutely do their due diligence. But what the heck Lancaster Puppies? It's just the numbers and dollars game to you. A game of Russian Roulette with puppies & puppy parents lives at stake. Buyers might get lucky...more likely you'll get one of the MANY sick/dying/ traumatized dogs. If you're willing to spend a lot of money supporting monsters and roll the dice, more power to ya.🥹
FYI, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with one of there
Puppy Mills. Not my opinion only. They were literally on the news and in many news articles. I emailed Lancaster Puppies about the issue and got zero response and the DOZENS of puppies are still listed😡

Hi Chase,
We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and understand how upsetting it can be when a breeder doesn’t meet expectations. Lancaster Puppies is an advertising platform that connects prospective pet owners with breeders, and we take welfare and transparency very seriously.
We expect all sellers to comply with our strict listing rules and state/federal animal welfare laws. When concerns are reported, we review the breeder’s account and remove listings that violate our policies. While buyers are responsible for meeting and vetting breeders before purchase, we also monitor reports closely and act on any verified evidence of misconduct.
If you can share the name of the breeder or the specific advert you dealt with, we’ll be happy to review it right away and ensure appropriate action is taken. You can contact us directly at support@lancasterpuppies.com so we can follow this up properly.
Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns, it helps us keep our community safe and accountable.

My Opinion The pictures are helpful
The pictures are helpful, as well as, the descriptions. I wish it were a requirement that all puppies parents be pictured, along with the puppies. I think it would be helpful to know if the puppies have been vet checked, and if so are those papers available for the buyer to view. I have purchased puppies from this website and the puppies are registered, but that information was not in the description, I had to ask the breeder. I don't know what the website looks like for the sellers when they are putting in the description, but if the options were just there for the seller to check off, maybe they would list these things.

They won't post my review of a breeder who sold me a puppy with severe issues
I got a puppy from their site that has severe BOAS and significant narrowing of its trachea. He needs surgery within the next few weeks to help him breathe. The breeder ignored me when I told them and hasn't responded back to me. I went to leave a review and I was told that since it their first offense, they won't post my review. So buyer beware. The breeders name is Wes and Beulah Miller in Dundee ohio. Do not buy a bulldog from these people unless you have thousands of dollars to spend on Bradyceohaloc airways obstruction syndrome surgery. There is no fix for this guys tracheal hypaplasia. Lancaster puppies is doing everyone a disservice by hiding reviews like this. They are helping the puppy mills. A reputable company would protect its consumers.

If you could forward your vet report and any messages with the breeder to support@lancasterpuppies.com

I dont understand what is happenning or what but the calls I got were all scammers trying to place deposits and then get money back by Zelle, Venmo, they say they pay the dog and then they say that payment is pending and that you have to go to another source and then they try to scam you for you to return a extra money the supposedly deposited, I dont think is the organization Problem, but be aware of this situation, dont fall for it!!!

Hi Cecilia,
Thank you for sharing your experience and for helping to raise awareness about potential scams. We completely agree that it is very important for buyers to stay alert and never send deposits through unsecured payment methods like Zelle or Venmo.
All legitimate breeders on our platform should communicate and accept payments through safe, traceable methods only. We encourage anyone who receives suspicious messages to report them directly to us so we can block the accounts involved.
