I called about a dog that they had
I called about a dog that they had. Man I talked to said he would sell to me for $700. I said I would pick up on Saturday, talked to him on Wednesday before.he said that would be good. I call Saturday to get directions and he told me he sold it. Was so disappointed.we had lost are Maltese and was looking forward to getting her. I’m living on SS so can’t spend too much. We love Maltese because there great dogs and we need small.

Hi Deborah! We’re sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. We understand how exciting it can be to welcome a new pet into your home, especially after losing a beloved companion.
While we know situations like this can be frustrating, we recommend communicating clearly with sellers and confirming arrangements before making travel plans or final decisions, as adverts can sometimes change quickly.
We hope you’re able to find the perfect Maltese to join your family soon.

My experience was awesome
My experience was awesome, I saw the puppy, contacted the breeder, Eli and Ada Mast. We agreed on the price, no money was requested upfront, my husband and I drove 5 hours and the puppy was exactly as it looked. I took the puppy to the vet the next day, and we got a clean bill of health. If you are looking for a puppy, give Mr. Mast a call. We are very pleased.

I fell in love with a little JRT
I fell in love with a little Jack Russell Terrier puppy, and really wanted to purchase her. She was all the way over on the East Coast! I wasn't sure I could work things out, but the seller was very helpful, had someone she knew come out and take more pictures so I could be reasonably sure the ad wasn't a scam. We talked a couple of times, worked out how to send the money since the seller didn't have Zelle or a mobil phone. She had a friend who could accept Zelle transactions, we arranged for pickup of the puppy via Citizenshipper, and out she came to me! I couldn't be happier!

Hi Rebecca,
Thank you so much for sharing your lovely experience, we’re thrilled to hear how everything came together so smoothly!
It’s great to know the breeder was responsive and took extra steps to provide reassurance, especially when coordinating from across the country. We’re also glad the transport arrangements worked out well and that your Jack Russell Terrier puppy arrived safely.
We wish you and your new pup many happy years together, and thank you for choosing Lancaster Puppies!
Sunshine acres
Sunshine acres absolutely played with our emotions, time and wallet. Two dogs were sold out from under us. TWO IN ONE DAY. We communicated with the seller all weekend, drove hours to view said dogs, was told we could think for a couple hours after meeting and let her know our decision. We communicated several times during our decision making window. We asked for vet records, what necessities come with the dog etc. very much under the impression we had time to make our decision. We called with our final decision and the dogs were sold to someone who offered to pay more money. We’re heartbroken. People need to know how these sellers do business. We will be contacting the better business bureau.

Hi Erica,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we’re genuinely sorry to hear how upsetting this was.
We understand how disappointing it must feel to travel, invest time, and believe you were given space to decide, only to find the dogs were no longer available. While sellers on our platform manage their own communications and pricing decisions independently, we do expect them to act transparently and fairly with prospective buyers.
We’d really like the opportunity to look into this further. If you’re open to it, please reach out to our support team directly with any messages or details you have from your communication with the seller, so we can review whether our terms were breached and take appropriate action.
We appreciate you raising this and are sorry again for the distress this caused.
The Lancaster process was very good, but unsure if I got the puppy I viewed on line
The Lancaster process was very good and stress free. However, the pup I thought I was purchasing I don't think I received, through NO FAULT of Lancaster I believe, but the breeder himself. I viewed and thought I purchased as Mini Hippo )shar-pei/cocker spaniel mix, however I think she is a lab shar-pei mix according picture comparison. There is absolutely no cocker visible in her. DNA pending.
Still love her though, just not what I thought I was getting and the SHEDDING OMG

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are really glad to hear that you found the Lancaster Puppies process stress free.
We are sorry to hear about the uncertainty around your puppy’s breed. While Lancaster Puppies provides the platform to connect buyers and breeders, the accuracy of a puppy’s breed information is the responsibility of the breeder. We understand how disappointing it can be when things do not turn out quite as expected.
We are happy to hear that you still love your puppy, shedding included, and we hope the DNA results give you some clarity. If you would like us to review the listing or have any concerns about the breeder, please feel free to contact our Trust & Safety team.
Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing Lancaster Puppies. We wish you and your puppy all the best.

Hi there,
We’re very sorry to hear about this experience, that’s understandably frustrating.
Sellers on our platform are responsible for arranging and attending viewings, and when this doesn’t happen, it’s not the standard we expect. We’d really like to look into what went wrong here and address it with the seller involved.
Please contact our support team with the advert reference or any details you have, so we can investigate and take the appropriate steps.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Excellent Experience Finding our Two Shih Tzu Boys with Charm Puppies
My wife and I had a wonderful experience purchasing our two new Shih Tzu boy puppies through David at Charm Puppies on Lancaster Puppies. From the beginning, David was extremely helpful, kind and professional throughout our search. He answered all of our questions and made the entire process comfortable. Our two Shih Tzu boys are healthy
happy, and have brought so much joy to our family with the grandkids. We would highly recommend David at Charm Puppies and the Lancaster Puppies site to anyone looking for a new furry family member!

We enjoyed working with Cheryl Yoder
We enjoyed working with Cheryl Yoder, from Baltic, Ohio. She was quick to respond and insightful with our concerns. We adopted 2 cavapoos from this family. Both pups were clean, and upto date on all shots. The home they came from was very clean and loving.

The Breeder Tim Monroe of Lawn P.A was excellent his dog area was clean all puppy were very healthy. I had a hard time making a choice between the 6 Beagle pups he had left.
He gave a list of shots the pup recieved and he followed up by mailing AKA registration. And best of all price for pup he posted was spot.
I give this breeder A++ I will recommend Tim and your site to others. Thank you

World's Best Cavapoo Puppy…

Pretty sure they may be scamming
Pretty sure they may be scamming or frauding somehow because there is no customer service number and when I looked up Pitsky puppies it showed a hundred or more but once I setup my account there was not one listing after registering. Telemarketers tend to tell people they are advertising their dogs and then they just well, DON'T. Sad story I learned in college I tell ya. If they are serious I should get a reply from the review and they can point me in the direction of the perfect pitsky pup I found on their website to begin with...
