Great Quality and great service
The customer service was great, the communication was also. The ring turned out amazing and was perfect! The quality and details made it worth the wait then buying from a store. Shipping was on time and the packaging was great.

Fiancé got my engagement ring from L’Amour Brilliance. The setting itself is gorgeous. The center diamond, however, was extremely poor quality. It weighed 2.5 ct but measured under 2 ct. The color, clarity and cut was not what was shown when he was working with the sales person. Also, the size he ordered was 5.75 but we received a 6.25. We ended up buying a different diamond from a brick and mortar jewelry store. Now we have a very poor quality diamond and can’t do anything with it.

After identifying the order connected to this review, our team reached out directly to continue investigating the concerns raised and to provide after-sales support.
Unfortunately, we did not receive the additional information or response needed to continue resolving the matter.
We would also like to clarify an important point regarding the center diamond.
Every L’Amour Brilliance center diamond is supplied with an IGI grading report from an independent gemological laboratory, which records the diamond’s exact carat weight, color, clarity, measurements, and other grading details.
We do not misrepresent or alter these certified specifications.
If there is a discrepancy between the diamond received and its IGI report, we would take that extremely seriously and would be happy to review the diamond, certificate, and any independent measurements provided.
The same applies to the ring size. If there is a confirmed sizing issue, our team remains available to assist through our official after-sales support process.
We have made genuine efforts to follow up and resolve the concerns raised here, and that offer of support remains open.

All positive reviews are fake. Really disappointed with lamour brillance. The diamond looked dull and nothing like advertised, and customer service was unhelpful when I reached out. Now I’m stuck with a ring I don’t even like. Also makes me question how real their positive reviews are. Would NOT recommend.

At first i was unsure about this website, but after purchasing they responded fast and kept me updated, the ring is beautiful- i do wish it came in a smaller ring box though, and my only issue was that when it was delivered they were supposed to get a signature from me but instead left it at my front door (mail delivery issue though)

They kept in contact with my now fiancée and shipped my first ring with assurance to get to him directly. L'Amour made it easy to create the perfect ring. I was impressed with the communication throught out the process. They would check in with me and make sure I was OK with how the ring was looking. The delivery was fast for a custom ring. We were impressed on how it looked. The ring looked just like the pictures and video. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
