Excellent service
We recently needed to find new tenants for our property in Holland-on-Sea. Harry, Lee and Coral were the perfect team and arranged for viewings to take place as soon as the refurbishments were complete. Their knowledge and advice was extremely valuable.
Having been dealing with them over a few years they have always proved to be reliable and efficient.

We would fully recommend the services of Lamb & Co. The agents had our property sold on the first day of viewing with an price above our initial asking price, due to to the interest in the property.
