I was finding it difficult to get a pair of swim shoes that would not only fit , but give some support to my feet and have a durable sole for walking over pebbles etc . These are excellent and have adjustable drawstrings in the heels .

This was my first purchase from Lakeland Active. The water shoes were bought as a Christmas gift and have been well received by the recipient. They are of good quality and they are very light weight, but also feel sturdy. I would say they are true to size (female 7 UK), with the adjustable toggle at the back to support a snug fit. Ordering and delivery was straightforward in plenty of time for Christmas. Thank you.

I ordered the wrong size by accident (there's a buy it now button right under that product). Absolutely my mistake for not checking the size in the drop down, I thought I'd clicked the correct size. I emailed the company within 90 seconds I'd say to ask them to cancel the item as there's no other way to contact them, and no option to cancel other than email.

Imagine my (lack of) surprise when they didn't respond to my email until right after they'd sent the "dispatched" email, which was over two hours later. Don't worry, I can return the item with the instructions enclosed they told me. Except, they charge £3.50 for returns! Which they deduct from the refund amount.

If you're going to charge for returns then have a better system to cancel items ordered.
