Sarees quality is not good. But service is best and product is affordable for middle class person. And its velue for money

Saree is good, sari has some issues like not same as image, but quality is good and condition is also good packaging is also good. Them staff is good and supportive.

I purchased saree from this website, saree is good same as image but some fabric issues are in that it a minor issue. customer support is good other website don't reply but this website replay in 24 hours. and they give delivery in 5 days.

Poor Product quality. Displaying cotton silk, but selling polyester. 500/- tag sarees selling in 1400/- .No proper replacement services. No refunds

Though they boasted about soft silk in their website , it was cheap polyester. The pictures looked good and ,think paid reviews, were also good. In real sense absolute trash that too at an exorbitant price tag. They charged me 1500rs but it costs around 500rs only in local stores. Do not get cheated with their ads and video and paid reviews.

They just run the business so that can make money rather loot it.

Worst customer support service, staff doesnot have sense of talking to customer, disconnected call by saying if you are interested send products via courier with our own money.

Worst Lajreedesigner site… Plz don’t order d sarees… Very cheap quality and very bad response from there site for return…They r absolutely fraud people…don’t believe on photos… seriously cheap site…

I will suggest you all - not to purchase from lajree, they will provide you very poor nd cheap quality. Very bad experience. They will not take return. Very worst material they are provide just like a 200-300 max rupee saree and take from you cost 1400 to 1500 rupee.

Title: Beware of *Lajree Designer* – *Worst Experience* Ever!

I ordered a saree worth ₹1599 from Lajree Designer on 19 May 2025, and it turned out to be a complete scam. The saree delivered was of extremely cheap and poor quality — nothing like the pictures shown on their site or social media ads.

I was in the process of choosing Cash on Delivery, but they confirmed my order immediately and forced me to pay online.
Now they are saying:

"We don’t offer refunds"

"Send it back at your own cost"

"No refund will be entertained"

When I placed the order, no refund or return policy was clearly mentioned anywhere. Their customer service is shockingly rude and unprofessional, even using foul language when I raised a concern.

Please do NOT fall into this trap. Avoid *Lajree Designer* at all costs. I am also preparing to report them on consumer complaint platforms and lodge an official complaint with the cyber cell, if needed.

Worst site ever. Received wrong and bad product and they didn’t even bother to take it back and refund the amount.

I had the worst experience with this site. They provide poor quality clothing and don't have return option.
You can only exchange with other low quality clothes

The quality of the saree is extremely poor, they do not come and collect the saree when you want to return. Customer service is pathetic. I am surprised people are writing positive reviews about this company.
