The site is cool, deposit paid out many times, the randomness is excellent, does not merge as on other sites, the conclusions are very fast! Really nice customer service.

Ladylucks - I went through withdrawal process to my bank (not the card I used) because I didn't see the option of 'other bank'. I cancelled that and then processed the withdrawal to the card had been verified using the 'other bank' option on withdrawal. That was on 16th. Locked the withdrawal in so that I wouldn't spend it (like that facility very much!).

As everything had been approved/verified, I didn't realise it would take so long to process a withdrawal, never had one take so long on any other website. I withdrew on 16th May and it's still pending on 20th. I know two days of that are weekend, but it shouldn't take that long for a withdrawal to be processed in this day and age.

I'll see what happens on Monday. I don't want to deposit there again until I know that withdrawal actually happens - one has to be a bit wary of a site that is happy to take but doesn't make it an easy process to withdraw.

UPDATE: It's now Wednesday 23rd and still the withdrawal is showing as 'pending'. Customer services say verification all went smoothly, and that they would have advised me if there'd been a problem with the withdrawal. They also advised that there was a public holiday on Monday and that the withdrawal would likely be processed on Tuesday. Nope.

If I don't hear further by Friday I'll look into making an official complaint with whichever authority oversees gambling websites. I use many online gambling websites, this is definitely the worst withdrawal experience so far.

best place ever, this is the only casino I have never had problems with. if you don't have a passport or driving licence they will sort something out for you. fast payment loads of bonus. shame people are not happy with the wagering but if they was not so high than people would go for the free money and leave. I've been a customer for two years the first year was great no problems felt like I was getting a fair game then all of a sudden something changes they reduced the pay out from 97.5 to 95.8 on the old games without notifying customers I didn't notice the change at first but what I did notice was the payouts and free spins don't pay anything good any more and now you can go 10 spins in a row at 2.50 without winning a thing currently there's a so called system upgrade so all bonuses are on hold including my vip Friday bonus and all deposit matches it's bin over a week when I phoned them and asked they fob me off and say they don't know how long it's gonna be surely they know somthing it's a rip off these days and me and my friends who play believe it's fixed we have studied the patterns of play it's not random because not enough decent wins come in anymore I personally think it's off down the pan so stay away

Withdrew over £100 via cheque as this was the only option over two weeks ago, I'm still waiting for this cheque to arrive?? Spoke to someone last week who said to call back today if it hadn't arrived and she would process directly into my bank.. so I called back today to speak to the same lady and was fobbed off and told someone would be in touch via email but couldn't give me a time estimate?

So I signed up to this site recently, got £20 free which was great, spent that and won about £100 but it was all in bonus funds as the wagering requirements were £1000. I kept playing and managed to meet the wagering requirements and my Cash balance was £200 and bonus balance was £200 so in total had £400. When I came to withdraw my money I had to send a photo of my ID before I could deposit/withdraw so I did. Soon got an email back saying my account and age had been verified but bonus funds have a cap of £30 so they've taken my £400 and left me with £30!!!! I do not think this is fair as I did what was asked and met the wagering requirements of £1000 which took a lot of time. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone and I will not be using them again. Very disappointing!

I put some money on my account played and won £300 and thought I'd take it off Coz of xmas I've been with this site for a rew years now I've taken money off b4 but this time they ask me to send my card details which I've done 3 times now asking me something different every time . I put £180 in this the other week and ended up winning £20 which I'm still waiting to get paid into my bank. I have phoned them up loads off times and all they do is thob you off by saying it be in your bank tomorrow. Tomorrow comes nothing so phone again same thing it be in there tomorrow so I will wait and see. Also that bonus round as well when I first started playing it you use to get at least £40 now your lucky to win £3 now it's hard enough trying to get the bonus and when you do £3 if your lucky. I would also like to state that I have won on here a load off times and it was in my bank with in 2 days I don't know what's gone on with this site now but I know for sure I won't be playing on it again not worth wasting good earned money on it. I will go and put my money in a better and fair site where you can win good money this site has gone down hill

I love this sight but I'm struggling on how to have my winnings paid into my new bank account that I deposited from I can't find were to do this.

Cheats and liars is what they are refuse to accept government issued ID so they don't need to pay your winnings. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I have been on this site for a few years and tried others as well but I have always come back and stayed with this site. On more occasions bar a few I always get my issues resolved fairly and have every now and then got some big wins.

Did what they said and called the "VIP" manager. Went through to same call centre as before.

Emailed the VIP address as they asked and they told me they would call me straight back. 9 and a half hours later, I get an email back from the same person I've been speaking to via the other email address. Still asking me to be patient even though there has been no update within the 24-72 hours I was originally given!

Funny how since I have posted these negative reviews, another five star review appears on this site!

The customer service is awful! They are holding on to my winnings due to a technical issue! It is not difficult to look at my gaming history and see I have already met wagering requirements!

If you use this site, I wouldn't recommend accepting any bonus from them. Far too much hassle.

Nearly seven hours after sending yet another email to the email address they have referenced below, I am yet to receive an email or phonecall as they have promised several times!

Gutted in the last hour I have spent £180 & won nothing! I have been with ladylucks for years and never experienced the losses I've had with them that I've had in the last few months! Something has definitely changed ie. Bonus rounds have gone from paying out a few hundred to around a few quid! Not just on 1 game but all of them esp the old ones, I really loved this site but as from tomorrow I am excluding myself! Word of advice don't waste your money!
