SHEIN quality, Nordstroms prices. Very poor quality, it was obvious the items were mass produced as it arrived in a plastic bag, no tags, no labels, nothing. But the quality was just underwhelming. I was very disappointed in my purchase. The shipping also took a month to receive.

Do not order one thing from here. You will be charged and not receive the item or you will receive it in no less than two months.

Ordered 3 blouses; lovely on website. Took a while to arrive, there are no tags on the items, no way to onow how to launder them! Have not tried yet, expecting them to shrink even with a hand wash. Color and fabric are cheap.
Tried to ck website for info- it is gone, as in gone, closed down.
Do NOT reccommend anything from this site!

I ordered a sweatshirt for my wife as a Christmas present. Ordered in October and just recieved it today, December 15th. I wish I could add a photo to show you how damn bad it looks. Awful!

As cute as clothing looks, please order in enough time before you need any item. My first order took over a month to receive so my next order, I paid $15 expedited fee and it still took a month! I tried one more time to order, again expedited fee for 5-7 day shipping, and same experience.

Apparently they don’t start counting their 5-7 days shipping for expedited UNTIL the company receives the individual item shipped to them from overseas (take a guess where), meaning they don’t have items in stock in the US.

They don’t respond to asking for a refund, have had to go thru CC company to receive the refund.

Clothing is not true US sizes and is much different quality from what is pictured.

These people are scammers. Placed order on Nov 30th requesting and paying for expedited shipping. It’s Dec 11th and USPS tracking number shows that the package is still waiting to be picked up. Any yahoo can print a label. By the time this item arrives or if ever, I’ll no longer need the item for my event.

I ordered a top for a party. It took longer than expected to receive the top and when I got it, the fabric had a stripe effect to it and it’s a solid velvet top. It was hideous. I followed instructions for a return and was told I could get a 10% refund! Really????

My purchase took 3.5 weeks and then when it arrived it had flaws in the fabric that looked like spots, discoloration that appeared like a wet stain on the FRONT, BACK and SIDES!
Informed them, sent pictures for proof, requested a refund and I’m still dealing with them. Initially they offered me a 10% refund, then a few days later 30% refund, …..I want 100% refund because I CAN NOT ever wear it! Very disappointed because I ordered it for a special occasion and then had to find something else to wear at the last minute.

Saw an advertisement on Facebook got excited and ordered two blouses …that was on 11/9/23 …well almost a month later nothing!! They send you a tracking like they are working on your order and that’s it. Ups tracking says it is still sitting in a warehouse in Jamaica NY. This company is scamming people !! Don’t order a thing from them, you won’t receive it!

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. I also paid for expedited shipping and it has been in Jamaica New York for days! Do not order from this store!!!

Taking forever to ship my order!! Been sitting to be shipped for over 2 weeks!! Wanted a Christmas shirt to wear for the season looks like I may get it in time for Valentine’s Day!!

I placed my order on November 11, 2023 and paid for expedited shipping so I could receive during college football season. It was shipped out to Jamaica New York on November 28 where it is still sitting. Why pay for expedited shipping if it still takes a month to get it. And by the way I still don't have it and the shipping shows still sitting in New York

I ordered several different shirts in two seperate order over the course of 2 days and nearly two months later, I still don’t have either completed order. So disappointed. When I contacted them to return some of the items because they came too late or were made too cheaply, I was told I should read their return policy, as I would have to pay international shipping rates and they are rather high. Don’t waste your time.

Advertised as “cotton blend”, it’s a horrible, scratchy, polyester blend that doesn’t breathe. The company also doesn’t provide returns. I’d you return your item, you must pay air shipping to CHINA! Extremely expensive! More than my shirt cost. Please please don’t use this company! They are not honest and have horrible customer service.

I only received one of the five blouses that I ordered. That one blouse came after a four week wait. Non existent customer service. Did not ever finalize a refund. Disaster.

Don't buy from this site. Cheap, tacky looking item and must pay over cost of item to return it to China, which is not the address that the package is shipped from. Fraud, at best.

I ordered a “sequined” gameday “sweater” from them and paid extra for expedited shipping. The item came in 6 weeks later after being promised delivery in 3-5 days…It also came in as a screen print. It’s not sequined at all. What a complete & total SCAM!!! Horrible customer service, obviously a foreign country, and I will NEVER do business with them again.

Stay AWAY! It’s a scam. I never received anything & after going back & forth via email with someone who only wrote back in the middle of the night, I opened a dispute with PayPal & was able to get my money back. This is not a legit company!

I have had the worst experience…nothing arrived when it was supposed to…paid for expedited shipping with no processing time…sat at the post office for 5 business days before leaving…I asked for a return and refund and could not get an answer only wanted to negotiate a percentage refund if I did not return it. I was issued a 20% refund and told 45 business days to receive it. Not allowed to return items that did not fit and definitely not school colors. No receipt and no instructions on how to return it. Received the items…not the NCAA colors as advertised. They are counterfeit items. Did not fit. Still no answer on how to return but issued me a 20% refund that I did not want AND I have to pay the return postage for an international return. They DO NOT HAVE EASY RETURNS! I AM FURIOUS. Been dealing with them for a week with no answers. Of course since based in china they do not care about reviews.
