Buyer beware!!! If you buy online and need to return an item or exchange it must be shipped to CHINA!!!
The owner is condescending and rude.
The quality is so poor and the descriptions are misleading. I received a sweatshirt was supposed to be a cotton blend. It is pure polyester and sewn by a toddler. The labels have been cut out to only show the size. The colors do not match the pictures and sizing is a joke. To add insult to the above it took a month to receive my partial order. When asked for an update on the order, the owner told me to be “patient” and a few more rude comments.
If I could rate this a zero I would!!!

Placed an order on Dec 10th with expedited shipping and received the confirmation immediately. That’s the extend of the communication. Have sent several emails (3) requesting an update and have not received anything from them yet with an update. Will not be purchasing anything else from them. Hopefully I can get my items before 2027.

Do not order from this store. I placed an order on November 30th and paid expedited shipping to ensure Christmas delivery. The Seller insists the order has shipped but the tracking number disputed their claim. They offered to refund the shipping and 1 item that had not shipped. I told them I no longer wanted the items and to issue a full refund or produce accurate tracking information showing the order had shipped. They have not been responsive to date and I escalated the claim through PayPal. I have never experienced such a difficult issue on a resolution. Do not use this Seller!!! Completely um reputable

Ordered early Dec with express shipping. 12/24 and the two holiday shirts have not even shipped. After a second email to customer service I received a tracking number, that isn’t active yet (or so they say). Give it a few more days, they say. Do not buy from this site.

Plain and simple, this business sucks, I was a fool to order something from them and you would be too!!! Don’t do business with these people!!! They obviously use a third party shipper according to the postal service rep that contacted me about the package I reported possibly being lost. So I guess I got what I paid for, which was NOTHING!

I have placed a couple of orders with this company, and the first order experience was fine. No problems - just slow shipping, but everything arrived. Second order - not so much. I ordered 5 items, one was a bait and switch. I ordered a sweatshirt with tinsel yarn sewn on the front of the shirt. I got a pajama top with it printed on it instead. Also, I ordered a Bulldog Blazer and they sent me a HO HO HO Christmas one (and a low quality one at that). They refuse to give me a refund, and won't send me the correct items without me paying to ship these items back to them to CHINA! I didn't make the mistake, so I'm not paying ANYTHING else on these items. I was told that they, "don't provide prepaid shipping labels". I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Disputing this through my bank.

Scam scam scam! I ordered a shirt and they sent a cheap, photographed printed version of the sweater they stole from another online store. China based website impersonation.

Scam, scam, scam. Run and do not buy. I have plenty of pictures to show they advertise their items as cotton blend, but after having to send them emails they owe me products weeks after the delivery date, the items finally arrived as 100% polyester. Trying to get a refund with no response. Disputing the charge. NOT a legitimate business.

They use pictures of clothing that look like they are from an upscale boutique, but send you TEMU quality that looks nothing like their photos. I ordered sweatshirts and received paper thin, cheap shirts that didn’t match photos. The hemming wasn’t even the same. I opened a case with PayPal.

poor quality. item does not look similar as described. sent pictures... when complained they offered to give 20 percent off or ship item back all way to china.. cost on me poor poor poor basically had to accept 20 off and stuck with a bad item

I ordered, they took my money, never shipped. Repeated emails tell me to look at a USPS shipping label that says "Label Created, not yet in system." they won't provide money back.

Horrible! From order confirmation, to delivery, to quality of product, it's all bad. I ordered the exact size I needed based on descrioption and it came in way smaller. No way was the sizing accurate. If I want to return it I have to mail it to China on my own dime. Stay away from this company!

Like others, I order a shirt a month ago. It took two weeks to ship - then they sent me a fake tracking number with a delivery date. Interestingly, that date came and went and I never got the shirt. Checked today (4 weeks later) and it says the order could not be delivered because of unpaid postage. Will be contacting my cc company. Such a scam

Horrible! Cancelled my order because I didn’t receive it. Was not issued a refund. Then I received part of the order. Clothing looks NOTHING like the pictures or descriptions. Continued to message them with no resolution. Disputing with my credit card company. Total scammers.

Scammers. If you actually receive your order, be grateful. They take your money from you, send a partial order, then block you. Ridiculous!

They obviously sold out to a Chinese company, the quality of the material is terrible!! It is cheap the products do match the high quality photos.

To make a return I had to pay the shipping fee to China!!

I would not recommend this company at all. Altough I did receive my order, the tops I ordered are complete garbage. The plaid tops were simply a plaid print printed on one side of a white fabric. Fabric quality was also very poor. Yet another company that shows up in my Facebook feed that has been a huge disappointment. Save your money. Do not buy from this company! I wish I could give them a 0!

I don’t even want to give it a 1 star, they deserve a 0. I ordered 2 shirts and never received them. Of course when you reach out to them, they give you a fake tracking number and take off with your money. Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. Hope this helps someone else. I reported to Facebook b/c that’s where I ordered from😡

Agree with what most other reviewers are posting. I was scammed. Never received my order and can't get a refund. Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.
