Poor customer service

SCAM! I would give it zero stars if I could based off of their customer service alone. Product is trash. My product was barely used over the year that I had it since I thought it was making my melasma worse and it stopped working only a few months after the one year warranty and they won't refund my faulty item! SUCH A SCAM.

I purchased at Velve Pro Skincare Wand on 11/23/23. It has a one year warranty. In August, problems in charging, contacted company where they offered a Replacement Battery is needed & offered a 40% discount for a new one. I decided to return Wand for the Replacement Battery & purchased another new one. This way I would have a backup. I purchased the 2nd Wand on 8/19 order #13269 & returned the 1st Wand on 9/4/24. Have followed up several times on; 11/14, 11/20 received email from company stating "Due to high demand & increased workload during Black Friday & Christmas Season, they were extremely busy." Additional follow up dates are 12/20 & 01/20/25. I feel I have been very patient in having a Replacement Battery put in the first Wand. I haven't found a phone number to call them & hope your Company can advise them of my situation.

It broke after a little over a year. I suspected the charger was broken and asked for a new one. They said I had to send it in and the cost would be so high, that I should get another device and shop the Black Friday Sale. Honestly, I'm really disappointed and I cannot recommend this.

I’ve been using this vibrating scalp massage brush that releases essential oils for hair growth, and I absolutely love it. The vibration feels amazing on my scalp—it’s relaxing and really helps relieve tension. The brush is super convenient to use, and I find myself reaching for it multiple times a day. I definitely love Laduora hair serums and the LED hair device! I love the feeling on my scalp while I am using it and my hair definitely looks much better since I have been using it. I have not used it enough to see a hair growth, but my colored hair looks much more healthy! I just placed my second order and I will definitely order again !

I am stunned. My hair is simply amazing. People think I have extensions. At 65 I am THRILLED.

I am not as consistent as I should be but i have seen less hair shedding. 10yrs on breast cancer drugs and my once thick hair is down to almost nothing. I am hoping that i will have more hair thickness the longer i use this. But the hair shedding is a HUGE plus already.

I've only used the 4 in 1 brush duo boost pods for about 3 weeks and I haven't seen a difference yet. My hair thinning/loss is hormonal. I do find that using the brush is relaxing, the heat and vibration are soothing so it's easy to use and be consistent.

Good quality product, would be nice if you could blue and red light at the same time.

My matures skin loves it!! I love the bounce and glow that I get when I use the serum and the wand. Highly recommend! A+++.

I got two devices, one for myself which is for everyday hair care, another one for my husband's severe hair loss problem. After three weeks of use, both of us are very satisfied with our experience! My husband is seeing less hair falling out, and I'm seeing new baby hair growing out especially along my hairline. We'll be buying our friends this product as their Thanksgiving gift!

I have been using the wand with the watermelon gelato serum almost every day for a couple of months. I did not expect (or receive) a miracle, but I am pleasantly surprised with the improvement in my skin. It is better moisturized and looks plumper. I can tell a difference if I don't use it for a few days. Between that and the soothing ritual of using it with the wand every day, I plan to continue to purchase and use this product. The first bottle didn't last me long, but after getting the routine down bottle lasts about 2 months of daily use.

I am thrilled to give a review of the Laduora DUO. I’ve used the Laduora DUO for approximately one (1) week and am happy to share that I find it to be therapeutic. It’s warming and appears to be giving me that added boost I was seeking to encourage, support, and maintain a healthy hair and scalp care routine post menopause.

Bought Laduora DUO Scalp & Hair Care Device as ads kept popping on Facebook and they promised many back guarantee if not satisfied. I have used the product for several days and found no use at all, except that it emits blue light which does not do anything to Scalp or hair. I have found this costly item nothing but useless hairbrush and wanted to return for money back guarantee but customer service brought some microprint on their return and refund policy, they don't refund for purchase pods and device should be new in condition or very lightly use. I will have to pay for return shipping and won't get original shipping costs plus import tax back. Overall this hairbrush of a device they are selling for hundreds is useless piece and I won't recommend it at all to others. Don't fall for their scammy Facebook ads and money back guarantee claims.

I have never written a negative review in the past, but feel compelled to in this particular case. I purchased the "Velve Pro Red Light Therapy Skincare Wand & Serum Kit" & was excited to try it after reading about the many positive benefits of red light therapy. I enjoyed using the wand while it functioned; however, that was short lived since it started to come apart (the head of the device) after only 2 weeks. Soon thereafter, one of the wires came completely unattached. I contacted customer service & they were prepared to do nothing for me (although the warranty states coverage for a 1 year period). I was informed I could return it at my own cost & also pay for the repair. I found this rather insulting after using it exactly as directed & for such a short period of time. It was definitely defective but Laduora refused to stand behind their claims. All this was at a considerable expense to me, given I paid shipping, taxes & duties to Canada on top of the price of the wand. This was not a good first experience at all. I will never purchase from this company again. Please consider my experience if you are thinking of purchasing from Laduora because you could possibly be unfortunate (like myself) & receive a defective product, in which case you will be stuck with it...a total waste of money!
