The Course: The Course is structured in a way that will make you question yourself on how you have previously been sourcing, real life accounts and lifestyles you Must adopt if you want to go far and provide, not only for your company but also the investors and landlords. The strategy of making it a win-win for the investor and landlord is great as there are some places out there that concentrate on the investor and taking advantage of the landlord and their property, but not Ladder Properties.

Be prepared to start early and work late, our days started at 1000 and finished at 0400 at times but the information given is totally worth it in the end. i feel much more aware of how sourcing should be done which is great as i was close to stopping my property journey.

The size of the class is perfect there were around 21 of us and it was a great instructor to student ratio, no one was missed or left behind and everyone was challenged in a constructive manor to boost their potential.

The way Ladder Properties works: Hands down the team in Ladder Properties work like no other i have seen, like i said in the above section, they make sure to look after the landlord and find the correct investor for their property. with the correct contacts in place for both parties.

Kieran over delivered and exceeded our expectations of a quality service, couldn’t recommend this guy enough.

Kieran your course was truly amazing.
I loved every minute of it.
Powerful, is one of the words, I’d use to some it up. After attending the weeks course learning how to sell and seeing plainly what is possible to achieve in just a few short hours.
Getting my first sale on my first ever call and then the 5 that shortly followed, is surely testament to how effective your training program is.
It’s extremely hard to adjust to what was normal life again, so I refuse to go back to it.
I’m pushing on with the skills I’ve learnt, so it doesn’t ever have to be the usual 9-5 grind and slog again.
Sourcing and selling as my main income is the only way forward.
I know within a few days I’ll be sourcing and selling full-time.
