This is the WORST RIP OFF ever. I ordered Several pairs of shoes. But. They didn’t send the shoes I ordered. I’ve emailed several times and never got a response. I want to return these ugly shoes back to the company. I want my money back.. CRAZY

Total rip off. I ordered two pairs of shoes in February 2021 and as of July 2021 l still haven't received them. I have sent numerous emails and the only reply l ever got was that if l sent them another tenner they would resend the shoes as they had obviously had the wrong address on them!
I have discovered they have some kind of address in Langley, Berkshire so a friend of mine is going to pay that address a visit.
However, from all the descriptions of people's shoes that did arrive, l don't think l want them anyway!

Shocking company. Product is absolutely terrible cheap plastic that stinks. Nothing like photo. No return address with shoes which come in a plastic bag and Oldgoo (ladaholic) refusing to give return details, offering 10% discount. Then pleading to keep shoes and saying shipping costs are so expensive. I will never buy from Instagram again. What a horrible experience. Do not buy from this company !!!!!

Only gave it one star cos I cant write a review without at least 1! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Merchandise is cheap crap. looks nothing like pictures, is not leather and is inferior quality. Only purpose its fit for is the garbage! 6 weeks for delivery and only got my goods cos PayPal stepped in. Now trying to get my money back as goods are not as described! Dont waste your time with this scam company

This company is an absolute JOKE! I ordered a few pairs of shoes, it took a very long time, I had to email customer service, they finally shipped shoes, but NONE where the shoes I ordered. Now I'm trying to see if I can get a refund; because I doubt they have the shoes I ordered. This should be super illegal!!! False advertising and merchandising!!!

Don’t buy from this company.. they send you the incorrect shoes, shoes take months to arrive.. they are cheap cheap Chinese made awful shoes.. smell. Burn you feel..
It’s a huge scam

This company is more than a scam. I contacted my bank to get a refund. This company was supposed to ship the shoes in two weeks. Never happen. I just received them today. They smell of gas, toxic orders. There is no return information in the bag. The quality is beyond awful. They are made out of plastic and other cheap products. They were shipped inside a zip lock bag. Their website is down. Does anyone have their contact information for returns? If so Post it This company does not deserve even one star. SCAM Company.

So I received my two pairs of shoes today and there is so many things wrong that I don't even know where to start..I must have had a brain fade when i decided to purchased these shoes..and because they took that long to arrive I had forgotten I bought them! I can only assume that Ladaholic (拉達霍利奇) is the Shenzhen Hejintai Trading Co...these are the worst shoes I have ever ever seen..they are unfit to even look at, they smell of some chemical that literally consumed every morsel of clean air in the room and there is not one single strand of natural fibre in the product. If you want to give your money away donate it too a charity!! Seriously the worst products ever in my 50 years of shopping!!!!!!!

I placed an order April 4, 2021, have not received my shoes as of today is May 12, 2021. Have sent letters or email. No response refund my money if I can’t have my shoes I’m contacting my bank today to get a complete refund. Because this company Misrepresentation of the company.

The site (aka "oldgoo.com") said shoes would ship 15 days after ordering. Four weeks later, the shoes had still not shipped. It was only after post-bombing their facebook pages and sending several emails with angry-angry-angry messages ***with*** offensive words that all of a sudden my shoes were magically shipped. I ordered two pairs. NEITHER pair looked liked the shoes advertised. One pair was significantly different. I paid $26 for each pair, which was advertised as 60% off the retail price. That is a lie. Given that the shoes are very poor imitations (knock-offs) of shoes some other company must make, they not only were not worth $50 or $60, they aren't even worth the $26. They are worth $10 each at a street market. I will not do business with this company again. Which I know the company doesn't care about. Their business model is not repeat customers--it's one-time customers that they keep attracting with countless fake facebook pages that are all the same company renamed every couple of months or years. I ordered the "Adele" shoe in "red flowers," and I ordered the "Flat Usual" shoe in "mimosa" (yellow). Both were laughably not what was advertised. If you go either to the oldgoo or ladaholic page on facebook, you can see my photos and reviews. I plastered them all over each page.

Disgusting. Complete scam. Photos and descriptions are all lies - products take ages to arrive and then are cheap plastic rip-offs. Do not go near this company or associated companies like Oldgoo. Criminals.

If I could give this company zero stars I would.

I (stupidly) ordered 5 pairs of shoes from Ladaholic..... today, finally after over one month waiting, 2 pairs turned up.

Rather unsurprisingly, one of the pairs I didn't event order and the other is NOTHING like described. So, out of the 5 pairs ordered their success rate is basically zero.

They are also completely awful plastic quality and smelt so strongly of chemicals. They seem barely stuck together with glue and bits are peeling apart. Really really crummy. I think my 7 year old could make better shoes tbh.

Needless to say I've emailed them and received no response, nor do I expect to.

Luckily I paid via Paypal so am now trying to get my money back through their resolution centre.

For sheer entertainment (combined with disgust) you should read the page on their website 'About us' - it's truly unbelievable.

This has to be a scam. I ordered a pair of shoes a month ago and my order is still ´waiting for shipment´. You get a confirmation email and then get sent to a website so everything looks legit, but I would not buy anything from them again.

I ordered a pair of nude and black flats, but I received for black and white flats. I wrote to them complaining about my shoes that were delivered and they offered me a 10% discount. I wrote back saying I did not order the shoes I don't want to 10% discount I want my money returned. So two days later I received we will give you 15% discount I'm not taking anything less than a full discount I don't want the shoes they sent they can either send me what I ordered or give me a complete refund. They are an unscrupulous company and I would never do business with them again.

Ordered 3 pair of shoes. So far the one I received is not even close to what I ordered.
In the photo, it shows a woven rattan type shoe with a magnificent rhinestone buckle.
What I got was a polyester thin fabric covering the shoe, and a plastic buckle.
So disappointed.
And of course, can't get a hold of any one at Ladaholic. The email is wrong

This company and all its associated companies like Oldgoo do not provide honest and accurate descriptions of their product. The shoes that they advertise are lovely but the shoes they send you are cheaply and poorly made imitations of the shoes in the pictures. I bought 4 pair from Oldgoo... (see exactly the same shoes displayed on Oldgoo site as on Ladaholic site)...and they were not suede or leather as stated. The smell of glue and plastic overwhelms you when you open the plastic bag they arrive in. They were not accurately sized (very small sizing.) They were not even the style ordered. Where the ordered shoe was to be black the shoe that arrived was leopard. Very cheaply made. A total rip off!
