The best shop for lacrosse needs
Lacrosse fanatic is my go to for anything lacrosse related since I know I will get accurate information. My son needed his defense stick repaired for a tournament the next day. They were able to overnight the equipment by driving to UPS. Excellent customer service and they go above and beyond. The only place I will shop for future needs!

Great customer support. When the stick arrived, it was a slightly different model than what we thought we ordered, we called and they immediately picked it up, and the store shipped a new one out that day overnight.

It’s been 1 week and 4 days and still do not have a tracking number and no idea when we I’ll receive our delivery. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been a good experience and just sent a 4th email, hoping to get a response…? Price was good and paid $20 for expedite shipping which hasn’t been a benefit for the money…
Update: thank you for the refund (without having to ask for it) since the item wasn’t shipped as requested. Looking forward to receiving my sons helmet tomorrow.

Above and Beyond
Every time we come into Lacrosse Fanatic we get excellent, friendly service, and this time was no exception. My son needed a replacement head for his long pole, and the person who helped us took the time to explain the different types of heads for defense and even let him try out the one he ended up selecting. It's always the best experience.

Great Customer Service
Quick shipment, but had to call the store due to an issue on the third party deliverer’s site. Spoke with Paul and he was all over it. He was very friendly and got to the bottom of my issue. My item was delivered on time and as expected but was nice of them to take the time to deal with my issue with a personal touch.
