I drove 4 hours round trip passed many other stores that had the same equipment if not similiar. The head was advertised on sale for $109 but the original price tag on the head was $109. I am a coach and board member, I asked if they gave discounts and they would not because I was purchasing for my family, mind you the purchase was just shy of $600. Wont be sending our players their way. Lax.com from here on out and save the driving.

I’m sorry to hear that you were not happy with your experience shopping with us today.
I can assure you that the custom strung Gait Torq 2 head that you purchased from us at $109.99 was on sale. Lax.com and other stores (including ours) sell the unstrung head for $99.99. That head was custom strung with Hero 3.0 semi soft mesh ($24.99), a string kit ($9.99) and was strung using a pocket designed exclusively for that head by Mikie Schlosser, PLL Waterdogs ($30). Given that the head has a retail value of $164.97, we thought that it was an exceptional value at $109.99. That is a $54.98 savings!
I’m sorry that we were not able to offer you any additional discounts. Please keep in mind that the case of balls you purchased was at our everyday price of $165 for 120 balls. That is one of the most competitively priced cases of balls that we know of, and far less than our competitors. Lax.com actually charges $179.99 plus shipping. We only offer the one price for balls at $165 so that teams and player families can all have access into the same low everyday pricing. Given that the Gait Apex is one of the most popular sticks on the women’s market right now, we do not offer discounts on that item. Sorry about that. It has been selling out across the country this year. We planned ahead and ordered extra so we would still have them available for the summer season.
We do offer the Lax Fan Rewards program to our customers. For every $150 you spend you get a $15 discount off your next purchase. For this purchase you earned over $45 in savings for your future orders (the taxes you paid would not count towards the discount). This is by far the best rewards program. We have researched them all.
And please note that we do have a full website with free shipping on orders over $89.99. That is also the lowest minimum purchase for free shipping in our industry. Lax.com hasn’t offered free shipping this year. They only have paid shipping options. Given your distance from our store, if you placed your order by 7 PM EST you would receive your purchase the next business day.
Please keep in mind if you still have buyers remorse you are welcome to return all of your unused items for a full refund with in 60 days from your date of purchase.

Thank you for shopping with us. We are sorry to hear that your package hasn't arrived. We have researched the situation and see that it is out for delivery today. We received your order at 11:30 pm on 4/5 and it was shipped out at 7:30 the following morning. In speaking with UPS, they apparently misrouted your package after it was out of our control, but have assured us that it on the truck for delivery today. While we would have hoped that UPS would have handled their job perfectly, unfortunately it appears that in this case they did not. We apologize for any inconvenience, but from our end, your package was shipped out within 8 hours of your order being placed, even with the late time frame of your order, which doesn't seem like 1 Star service.
