This company is a joke. Overly priced, and awful quality. I purchase BACK IN NOVEMBER and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND and it's almost March. I bought clothes because my favorite YouTuber moved her clothing line to this company...I LOVED her first clothing line and the clothes were AMAZING quality so I expected the same if not better when she partnered with LA Collective. When I received my items the quality was worse than anything I had ever experienced. I had made clothes better in my high school sewing class. Immediately I was disappointed and cancel my other item I had ordered and returned my items. I have been promised a refund since December 23 2020 (now Feb 25) and HAVE STILL NOT gotten my refund. I keep getting told its being pushed back, but I am filing a BBB complaint soon if this issue does not get fixed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMANY THEY'RE SHADY.

Update. My opinion on LAC has changed. It’s even worse than before. They don’t deserve even one star. All these positive reviews are highly suspect to me. Items I purchased were falsely advertised. It took MONTHS for that delivery at which time I refused the package because I was made aware of the lie about the products inside. To top it off some of the items I order on launch day, and had confirmation of, were then “out of stock” they told me weeks and weeks later?!! They rarely respond to emails. They will delete any comment seeking help on Instagram. They have no phone number to talk to a human. Basically once they have your money they don’t care about customers. I wish so much I had searched reviews before purchasing. Any company that does not have a customer service phone number does not care about their customers. I’m still arguing with them for my full refund. DO NOT spend your hard earned money on this company. To make it worse the influencer brand I ordered very quickly parted ways with them, understandably, so they also could not help me. I’ve spent many hours of my life and so much exasperation trying to get help and resolve this matter. I’m here to warn others and hopefully save even one person from making a huge mistake. I’m so disappointed in them and upset with myself for not doing my homework before ordering from a brand that’s new to me. To make it even worse I promoted the launch extensively on my business Instagram and I regret that so much thinking someone trusted my recommendation and was also scammed. I will not back down until they do the right thing. They’ve messed with the wrong person. I believe in honesty, integrity and treating humans with respect. They’ve done none of this. They take your money and don’t care at all after that. Save yourself! They have some serious work to do to undo the damage they’ve done to their reputation. A public apology, explanation of the false advertising, and making it right would go a long way for all of us. They haven’t even attempted to communicate with customers over this huge scandal. They just keep going like nothing happened. Like thousands of people spent thousands of dollars on a product that wasn’t what they were told it would be. It’s disgusting business practice and treatment of people.

I am a very unhappy customer of LA Collective and particularly Morgan Stewart's line. I have spent hundreds of dollars on this merchandise and my last purchase was a bait and switch. I ordered and paid for an item only to be told it was out of stock and offered a credit! If I order something and pay for it, I expect to receive it. If for whatever reason you do not provide me with the merchandise I paid for, you should refund my money back and not force me to take a store credit which puts me in a position where I have to purchase something other than what I ordered. Additionally, the photos of the collection are deceiving. The color of the bottoms do not exactly match the color of the tops.

Purchase bike shorts and sweatshirt in the mustard color. Sweatshirt is a high quality heavy weight material. Bike shorts are so comfortable. Will be back for more.

This company is a pure scam.
My order was placed November 18, 2020. It’s February 9th, 20201 and still have not received my refund after harassing them to refund my order after never shipping my items. 83 days people!! What a scam. Spending $600 with a company and this is what happens. Stay away! The 5 stars on here are completely false

love, love, LOVE la collective! definitely my best online shopping experience in a while, from amazing customer service (shoutout to Tyler!) to a wonderful selection of the cutest workout fits! I am obsesseddd with all my Morgan Stewart Sport pieces and can't wait to order more!

Zero stars tbh. If you want to GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY without getting your items, this place is for you.
Ordered $500+ of Morgan Stewart Sport on November 30th 2020. Only 3 of my items ever showed up. They promised to refund the rest in 14 days, which comes and goes, multiple times over, now it’s February 1st 2021. I’ve followed up numerous times. Still no refund for orders I never received. They still promise to refund in 14 days.
Definitely do not order from here.

IF I could give this company a 0 I would! Worst company I have ever had to deal with. They sent my order in the wrong size, and accepted my return but issued a gift card and then was sold out of my proper size. They would not refund me and now I have a credit I don't want to use. THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER and the WORST customer service. DO NOT BY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! The Morgan Stewart Sport sweatpants and hoodie are the worst quality ever, it feels like a TOWEL.

Placed my order from LA Collective - LE Collection on December 1, 2020. Was told on the website that my two items (a $200 total, mind you) would ship out in 3-5 business days. They did email and say that shipping was taking longer than expected, and I thought, "OK, COVID, no worries."
My order finally arrived on January 28th, 2021, almost two months later. I was excited, but realized that I only received ONE out of TWO items in my order. I quickly sent an email out to their customer service (second time I emailed, first was to ask about a ship ETA in early Jan) asking where my second item was, as on my Shopify app it said the order had been "fully delivered." They reached out to tell me that the other item I had ordered was no longer able to be ordered.
I was extremely irritated that I had to be the one to reach out to find out about my order and how it wasn't able to be fulfilled, and that they should've told me LONG AGO that half of my $200 order was not able to be fulfilled. I felt that they should've informed me within the 2 months that the other item was not going to be delivered, and also I felt like they were trying to see if I would ever even notice that the other item wasn't delivered.

I do not recommend ordering from this company solely due to the terrible communication, long/incorrectly stated ship times, and their inability to let me know that half of my order wasn't able to be fulfilled - seems like an important thing to notify a customer of immediately. I expected a lot more from this company also just due to the high prices of the items (for reference, $98.00 sweater, $92.00 sweatpants). Loved the one item I did receive though - I really did want to love this company, but I just can't after all the hassle.

UPDATE: As of the day I posted this review, they offered to exchange the item in my order with a choice of two items (one of which was the other item that i DID receive). They also offered a full credit plus 25% bonus credit on a different item, if I would prefer that instead. They said they would not charge me further (the item I was offered was a few dollars more than the one i originally purchased) and that they would send a tracking number/order confirmation for the new item. I did receive all of the above fairly quickly (within an hour or so) and I appreciated that. I changed my rating from a 1/5 to a 2/5 for this customer service, which was redeeming for me. I'm interested to see the ship times, but overall I was happy that they were quick, prompt and professional in their response to me and offered me some solutions within 3 hours of my email. Getting better!

Had a similar experience as the reviews below. I never received my item. I have still not received my money back! I will not be ordering from them again. Horrible experience

This company is fraudulent
I spend $200 with them on November 11th. By December 24th I had not received my item so I decided to cancel the order. They told me it would take 14 days to receive a refund... It's been more than 14 business days and I still have not received my refund!!!!!!!!

Is a zero possible? I had to take a credit 4 months ago because they did not display an item is final sale.

Bottoms were see through the whole outfit was made with cheap fabric.

Ordered from their site on 11/10 items that were apart of a preorder due to ship out on 11/17. Fast forward to 2 weeks later and no movement I requested they cancel my order. They told me it would take 14 business days to refund my order, which seems bizarre considering any other company can do it in less than 3. On business day 14 I still had not received my refund and ended up getting my card company involved. Funny how after that I immediately got a response regarding my refund. It should not take until 12/19 to cancel an order that was placed on 11/10 as they never had to ship out my items they simply needed to issue a refund.

I will NEVER shop with this company again. I purchased an item and the very next day it was 40% off. I reached out to customer service asking if they would honor the discount on my purchase out of good faith. Flat out NO. This is the first time I've experienced a company be so emphatic. Totally disgusted. Furthermore, there is NO true customer service, as all interaction is via email. No phone number, they don't want to speak to their customers, that in itself says volumes!

This company is a scam. They mark your order as shipped so they can charge you even if your items are out of stock. They also lie and blame it on USPS when they also admit that the color you ordered is out of stock. How is that USPS's fault? This is the second time this has happened to me, but the first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was during the beginning of COVID lockdowns. I have requested a refund, but if I do not receive one, I will be taking it up with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT. I ordered over $500 worth of clothes a MONTH ago and I haven't received most of the items.
I keep contacting them by email to which I get no response. There is no phone number to reach them.

Worst customer service.
Bought a bikini which said 'easy returns' once the bikini arrived it had no shape at all and not flattering. Only to find out that i could not return it. No information about not being able to return the item when i bought it online - beware! Do not buy from this company
