A couple years later and I still never received the red cropped seamless leggings

Customer service responded almost immediately. That was great. Why I docked two stars is because they advised my shipment wouldn’t go out for another full week. I understand COVID is impacting logistics right now, but they should have messaging on their site to make sure all customers are aware of their delays. They have none. I received no apology either. Recommendation on to be more proactive.

On top of that, you have to pay for shipping and returns - huge bummer. They don't allow for reviews per product - another bummer. They don't provide accurate sizing help so then you wind up returning (this has happened for my two orders with them).

Very disappointed! But this is the only place you can find certain brands, would boycott otherwise. It's a shame they're not a better retailer.

Where is my package? I paid 30 USD for shipment and it’s been a week!

Customer service is slow and disappointing. Sent wrong items and have to follow up constantly for corrections to be made. Will not purchase again from them. They throw a “gift” in each time there is an issue, but it’s not worth the hassle or time as a customer.

Poor customer service, and I never recieved the jacket I ordered.

Good quality product,fast shipping but one of them items sent was wrong. I contacted them they got back to me fast but I was told to get back to them next week because they didn’t have a place to send returns. I’m just keeping the incorrect item,too much hassle to return.

Clothes are not good and took forever to get a return issued and difficult at best. Would never buy here again.

Basically no customer service and shipping was extremely delayed with no explanation. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 since someone did eventually help about a month after ordering and not receiving a product.

I didn’t receive a response from customer service regarding my missing items for over six months. When they finally sent out the order, it was the wrong items

Ordered sweatpants from Morgan Stewart Sport. They came without the logo on them and was only offered 20% off a $160 order + $30 for duties and taxes to ship to canada. That was JUST for the pants. Very disappointed and will never order or recommend this site to anyone.

I received two of the four items I purchased over a week ago and have heard nothing about the remaining pieces in my order. Would really appreciate an update. I have heard this complaint from many other customers via word of mouth and bad reviews.

Terrible. Don’t trust this company one bit. Took my money, said my order had been given to FedEx who confirmed it had never been given to them. This went on for months. Requested a refund repeatedly, only got one when I publicly called them out on social media. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I never have given a bad review! It’s just not something I take the time to do. I have never had such a horrible experience with a company ever!! I placed my order March 11th. After a week with no shipping confirmation I sent an email inquiring about my order. Customer service responded with “your items will ship next week”. Another week goes by with no shipping confirmation. I finally receive HALF of my order. I then email asking about the rest of my order. TWO WEEKS in a row no shipment (again they are telling me next week it will ship). Today is April 3rd and I still don’t have the rest of my order. For almost $500 I sure would think customer service would be better. At the very least I would like my merchandise that I already paid for!

Customer service was hard to reach. Multiple emails before issues in the order and fee could be resolved, which eventually was not resolved. Was my first and last time doing business with the company.

I placed an order and after a month, I emailed them because I didn’t receive any tracking or anything. There was a lot of time in between responses. I gave them all the info pertaining to the order and it seemed hard for them to get it together. I got tracking the next day but I was charged again. The set was okay but not worth being charged twice. I didn’t say anything because I realized too late and frankly, I didn’t want to deal with the communication. Shop elsewhere.

Only negative is the sports bra is not padded at all .
