I already loved my bag (and the additional quick release strap I purchased), but what really sold me recently is my experience with the customer service team. My issue was quickly and well resolved. Big fan of this company.

So far so good: seem sturdy and work as I imagined

I love my Medium Sling in shield monochrome—it's a perfect size, it holds everything I need and more. The design is beautiful—making it suitable for work and play, and incredibly handy for travel, with the RFID card slot and hidden AirTag pocket. (Note: the first Sling they sent had the AirTag pocket sewn in wrongly, and Andrea from Labomono immediately sent me a replacement. Wonderful aftersales service!)

Delivery service was efficient considering it was an international delivery. Arrived packaged well and in great condition.

I was looking for a practical and aesthetically pleasing hip bag since years. I was so happy to find this labomono bag and I am super satisfied with it!
I took it with me on my norway vacation and it was the perfect bag for traveling and going on a walk, when I don’t want to carry a full bagpack, but still have space to have the important stuff with me, while looking stylish and being robust at the same time. I have the sling bag in medium with the flat strap alpine buckle and I particularly love this one because it has a very practical click mechanism to open the strap, when I am wearing my bag for example under a bagpack or an open jacket and I want to take it off. The seemingly tiny bag has several well-designed interior compartments, so a good overview and much storage is always guaranteed. I’d buy it again and recommend it!

I had a very good shopping experience overall. The customer service provided by Andrea was excellent—he was incredibly helpful, responsive, and friendly when assisting me with a change to my order. His support made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

The only downside was that the return shipping costs for the exchanged item had to be covered by the buyer. However, this policy was clearly stated from the beginning, so there were no surprises.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and would happily shop here again.

A brilliant, well-organized, and durable crossbody bag! The best!

Has all the compartments to stash all your bits and pieces. Surprisingly spacious. I get a mini umbrella, sunspecs and reading specs in mine with house and car keys, cosmetics, mints, phone, earpods and battery pack. Love the soft lining of the back compartment to keep your phone scratch free. Looks cool too. 😎

Went on a two week trip and needed an easy bag to always have on me. Found this brand last minute and completely obsessed! The bag was so handy and somehow still stylish and cool. Got so many compliments. I wanted something functional but still fashionable and this did it. I was able to fit all my essentials within the many pockets. Definitely recommend getting it!

I really wanted to like but brand but nope. I paid 120€ for a sling and each time I put the bottle in it its leaking on all my belonging.
The support is asking me for a video of the bottle leaking that I can’t reproduce except when the bottle is inside the bag. They don’t want to replace a 20€ bottle (that cost 1€ to produce)
Anyway…. I’ll just trash it.

Incredible bag. Slick, compact but still fits everything.

I love my large sling bag! I started out with a medium one, which was a bit small for my everyday carry (EDC) - one of my good friends now happily owns it. I upgraded to a large one and it is perfect! My EDC includes a Remarkeable Move Pro, iPhone, small paper journal, along with keys, wallet, glasses, etc. Everything fits with room for extras that accumulate throughout a day.

About customer service. I started with a large purple sling. Loved it! One of the strap connections started to fray, so I contacted customer service. They immediately responded and offered to send me a new bag and keep the old one! I got the black one and life is good again!

I was with my mom this weekend, and she tried to steal my bag. I am about to order her one. I am definitely a repeat customer and can't wait to see what else LaboMono comes up with in the future!
