Greedy and Unprofessional
Ordered the labels last minute as the website said they aim to dispatch within 24 hours if ordered on a working day and actually after ordering the email used the wording “the order will be dispatched within 1 business day” but this did not happen. I sent an email after they weren’t dispatched within the 24 hours to say I would no longer need the order as a result as they wouldn’t come on time. Yes optimistic of me to hope they would come in a few days but the website does make a point to put all over it about the 24 hour dispatch and I paid to upgrade the postage. Unfortunately the main let down was the customer service. No response to my email or even the offer to at least refund the postage since they hadn’t even been sent and obviously the stickers had not even been printed but the owner of the business instead decided to ignore my email and after reading it mark the order as complete which wasn’t the case and pocket the money for herself. Will not be using again on the basis that clearly the business owner does not care for her customers or providing a good service

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that your experience with us fell below the standard we strive to provide.
As explained in our email, we did receive your request not to send the order. Unfortunately, due to an administrative error, your email was then inadvertently marked as read before it had been actioned. This meant we missed the opportunity to respond and process your refund when we should have. We take full responsibility for that mistake and sincerely apologise.
As soon as we became aware of the oversight, we processed a full refund, which is now on its way back to you.
We would also like to say that your comment suggesting we deliberately ignored you and "pocketed the money" was particularly upsetting to read. We are a small family business that works incredibly hard to provide a good service, and we would never intentionally keep a customer's money or ignore a genuine request. This was a genuine human error, not a deliberate decision.
We completely understand your frustration and accept that we made a mistake, but we hope our apology and full refund demonstrate that our intention has always been to resolve the matter fairly.

Absolutely fantastic service! I had forgotten to order Mothers Day stickers and placed an order with 2 days to go.
The order arrived in extremely quick time and I was able to use them as hoped.

Difficult to find suitably sized choc.bars.Staff very helpful
Got several labels for chocolate bars and also to hang on kids' stockings.The North Pole delivery labels for the stockings are quite large but suited the purpose.The labels for the chocolate bars are equally good however,we found it quite difficult to actually find bars around 110-120 grams,the Only one that did fit was the Galaxy bar so choice was limited.Don't know if this was something to do with retailers stocking larger bars for Christmas or if they are no longer selling appropriately sized bars,but we had
Quite a bit of difficulty and spent a long time in various stores waiting for assistants to double check.Maybe this is something that could be checked out for future reference.Otherwise,all was fine and the staff replied quickly to my enquiries.Overall happy with my purchase.
