Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! I ordered once from them and I will never do it again, I returned my package more than three weeks ago and still no refund, they way that 'my package is stuck in customs' while the tracking number shows that the package has arrived. A joke

I ordered two pairs of shoes by MEXAS
I ordered two pairs of shoes by MEXAS. Based on conversion charts for shoe size, I ordered 37 (I'm US 7). There were no indications on the product description about sizing down or up, so I went with my size. After my order, I waited over 2 weeks for the package only to see they sent me a size 36 (!) and a 37, both of which are way too small. I'm so disappointed about having wasted money on shoes that don't fit at all. I want to return, but LabelRow refuses to send me a return label. Even after I clearly notified them of the initial sizing issue (they sent 36 instead of 37 for one of the pairs). I never got an order confirmation, so this could have been mitigated from the get-go, but was too late after they shipped.Now either I pay a crazy amount of money to return the tiny shoes to Spain or ??

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your order.
We understand your frustration with the situation, but unfortunately, we are unable to change a size after an order is shipped. A confirmation email was sent at 4:22 am GMT on the 24th of December. We were not notified of the size change until the 2nd of January when the order was on its way to you.
Concerning delivery times, the delivery time on our website states, that it takes 10-14 days to receive your order, which is why it took 2 weeks to arrive. We understand this can be frustrating and we are working hard to improve these timeframes.
LabelRow does not currently offer free returns. You can view that on our website. You can also find this information at the end of each product description. Our team regrets you feel we refused to send you a return label, but this is not something we currently offer.
Even so, the LabelRow team would like to support you with your query, if you have not yet returned your items, please respond to the returns email we sent you and we will happily assist you.

I adore these shoes I got l recently from Label Row. The service was fantastic and arrived in excellent condition. I wore the shoes to a wedding at the weekend and they were really comfortable all day and night and got tonnes of compliments.
