Returns, Refunds & Special Policies We honour the rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Items must be returned unused, in original condition with tags and packaging, within 30 days for change-of-mind returns (return shipping costs at customer’s expense). Faulty or significantly mis-described goods are eligible for repair, replacement or refund; the return shipping cost is covered in the case of approved manufacturing defects. Custom or personalised items are non-returnable for change of mind, and direct exchanges are not offered—please return the original and place a new order once the return is approved. No-Rain Refund Policy: We recognise that weather can be unpredictable — and sometimes your umbrellas may go unused. If you register your purchase (within 7 days of purchase) with your full name, email and wedding date, and the item remains unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and returned within 45 days of purchase, you are eligible for a refund of 80% of the original umbrella product price (shipping costs excluded). Customised or monogrammed umbrellas are excluded. Warranty: Clifton-branded umbrellas: 24-month warranty from date of purchase (some models carry 12-month). Brellerz & Bobbie J frames: 12-month frame guarantee. Rainbird products: No warranty offered for frames. What’s covered? Manufacturing defects under normal use. What’s excluded? Misuse / abuse / accidents / wind damage / wear and tear / unauthorised modifications. Good product, acceptable pricing. The only complaint to mention is the delivery driver dropped it at the wrong address - correct house number but wrong street. Thanks to a friendly neighbour, he bought it around to us.
