I've been working with LW over the last 4 years now with different electronic music labels and I couldn't ask for anything better. Amazing and easy-to-use dashboard plus incredible and responsive yet helpful support always available. Just the best in the game.

Great company for independent labels. They have helped me every step of the way.

Had a really great experience with the guys from Labelworx, they went above and beyond to ensure the smooth operations of our label. Would highly recommend here, special mention to Luke for all the help.

Called to find out about a compilation with on of my tracks on there. The label had no rights to license my track to them and, in fact, the label in question had ceased trading. We had a bit of a false start and this initially led to me leaving a one star review. However, since then I have had further contact and understand the situation a bit more. Labelworx have acted with honour and I can respect this. I cannot comment on any other aspect of their services as I have not used them in this respect - but they were certainly very quick to rectify a problem and have a phone number, an office and real people that you can talk to. As a record label, having a person you can reach out to on the end of the phone at your distributor can be invaluable - many don't offer this kind of service in this modern age. Worth considering.

Seriously! they take down all my labels releases from all platforms and didnt even have the courtesy to tell me!
I've been with these guys for years and this is how you do me??? Shocking way to treat your clients.

After 12 years of having a label with them and some relatively successful tracks i got no payment from these gentlemen.

Other thing was when I started new label recently the criteria went through the roof to be accepted in this not so great distribution house.

I mean if having thousands of people on your social networks and some well established names in the industry behind your label is not enough anymore for Label-Worx. Then Labelworx is easy to forget and find a better solution. These guys were amazing 12 years ago when I had a first label with them (except the clarity on payments) - back then with nothing to back it up.

''We have recently reviewed your account and, unfortunately, we have decided that we will not be able to continue working with your label after your contract renewal date. We understand that this may come as a disappointment to you and we want to assure you that this decision was not made lightly. We will start taking down your music from all digital service providers and deleting your content from our servers on 26/02/2024. ''

What a shame for Label Worx!! We would never have thought that something like this could happen, like removing all releases from digital services. In our opinion, we should always get some kind of notice or warning or so, to let the clients avoid this situation. Maybe something could be done to turn the situation around. We are in shock with this! Almost 10 years of tracks release, and all are gone now ??!!!

This was the worst bussiness possible that i've made related to music. It feels like a bunch os scammers!!

Horrible service!!! Beware everyone who are looking for digital music distribution!! These guys just might delete all your music that you've released on them, when ever they feel like.

Do not recomend it !! Avoid it please!!! They Scam clients. They should rename the bussiness to.. ''Label-Worst'' !!!!

I just found out they have terminated my contract and took down all the releases and the only notification was an email I oversaw few months ago. I can't even login and access the system anymore. All I got now is an excel file with the music metadata in case I want to move my catalog to another distributor. Reckless and disrespectful.
I am sure there are way better distribution partners than Labelworx.

I have Great Tracks in the R&B Genre - Possible Hits. I applied to this Network. They send a Negative email back saying I need a High stream count on all Social Media which I already have some presence as a new Artist. How will I generate High Streams without any Label promotion? Thats the reason Im trying to sign up.

Firstly, customer service team are great. they get 1 out of 1. label manager, Luke Bowe gets 0/5. I met Luke when he decided to take over a support case and tell me his staff time is valuable and referred me to knowledge base(which didnt answer question). The case was to do with reducing streaming options of releases. Same day, Luke pretty much told me to leave label and the next day sought to end my contract. This, despite 2 labels approved 2 weeks before, all artwork, press release, store acceptance done. Although I likely had legal grounds to take action, what's the point, who wants to be involved with a distributor that happily employs managers like this and give him a green light? Distributors like Labelworx love streams and big labels cos thats where the money is. For smaller label streams, no money for them but still good money for distributors. Be careful if you're a small label seeking to reduce streams to improve exclusivity and MP3 sales, you may be punished!!!!!!!!!!! Only thing close to an apology i received was that new label approvals and label review/terminations are not connected, hmmmm...
(p.s existing label was being relaunched in 2024 with new quality artists. Other 2 new labels for 2024 included well known acts-hence labelworx approval-or so i thought!)

you first build a complete catalog, distributed by them, you give them the trust and then they suddenly close your account for an unknown reason: during an 'audit' we decided not to continue working together. (possibly because my label is too small and they can't earn enough) Worst of all: they steal your rights by placing your music on their compilations, so you can't just release your own music through another distributor, because the metadata blocks your music because the tracks are not allowed to be released through 2 distributors. They do delete your catalog, but all tracks are still on their compilations. Be careful, they are not concerned with the moral and cultural value of your music, they just want to make money from it. disgraceful.

Probably the worst distributor you could ask for. They completed sabotaged my year end of releases this year. I am going to lose my whole catalog of music from over 5 years and all Spotify count plays and Beatport chart positions because of some frat boys and incompetent customer services reps. Some of the content label managers and customer support reps have hot tempers and a lack of understanding about cultural sensitivity, artistic license, diversity, and race relations. The organization as a whole lacks professionalism most of the time, patience, critical thinking, nuanced thought, and empathy surrounding important areas of musical education, wisdom, heart, and soul. Their technology is archaic and when you point it out, they don't know how to take a joke. Instead, they terminate your account because they are coming down off their weekend benders. They are malicious and don't care about the labels on their roster. They set me back months of production work in the studio working hard. I had to cancel a vacation because of them and marketing promotions and meetings. I would go with another distributor if I had to choose all over again. They completely ruined my birthday and Christmas plans. Definitely, choose another distributor. You will regret working with LabelWorx.

I own record labels for 15 years and worked with many distribution companies in USA or Germany but had always some problems with their services. Since 7 years ago I moved under Label Worx (their are UK based) and must say their services are the best and I'm very satisfied. No scam, very polite and could solve all my requirements. Ok it takes sometimes longer, but the results are great - I can imagine that I am not the only customer who needs full attention. So thumbs up and I highly recommend them!

Their response time is very bad. They are not taking your request serious nor do they try to help you in a satisfying way. I try to get their help for 3 weeks and they are still not able to resolve that matter.
