Being in the customer service field myself, I was truly impressed with the level of service I received from this Company. I had a small billing issue and when I brought it up I was responded to immediately and the discrepancy was resolved quickly. I received several follow up calls just to make sure I was happy and that everything was good.

A company shows their true colors when there's a problem and Labbros provided top of the line customer service, with both phone support and coming out to swap chairs to ensure we were happy with our purchase.

We are enjoying the massage chair. Everything works. Company was on time on delivery. The men were courteous. Sales person followed-up.

Excellent description and demonstration of massage chair. When it was delivered, the installation crew did their best to make sure the item was set up exactly as we needed on the second floor and went through all the details of the chair. Overall excellent customer service and product so far.

Robert came to my home in a van with 3 working massage chairs. That by itself, the presentation, was very impressive. I ended up making a commitment to buy. When the new chair was delivered, he set it up in a room. The chair had multiple programs. I was impressed with the professionalism, the service and the actual chair performance. My mom is a very petite woman who suffers from diabetes and arthritis, I was looking for something that would both be therapeutic and relaxing for her. I bought this as a surprise gift for her recently and I feel like it was worth every penny! Since she started using it in the mornings, it helps increase her circulation and we have seen quite an improvement in her daily mobility. The lighter pressure massage increases her blood flow and oxygenated blood to her body relaxing her and we have noticed over time that she is waking up now more refreshed and with fewer knots from a long nights sleep. Usually massage chairs are made with a universal fit so being petite I was hesitant to make such a large purchase however I didn’t have that problem with this chair, it increases/ decreases the air pressure to adjust to your size which is a definite plus! The modern and contemporary design of this chair give it a very unobtrusive look and creates a very luxury feel to our living room, it looks like a regular furniture piece instead of being a big bulky chair. She loves it so much that anytime someone comes to visit she shows it off and wants everyone to sit and try it so they can enjoy it as well.

I ordered a Square bike back in December from Robert at Labbros. They were out of bikes so he personally called me to discuss the situation. He gave me several choices. 1. Return my money. 2. Order a different product. 3. Wait for bike until February. I decided to wait and I paid in advance. He was awesome! He kept me informed via texts... letting me know the status of the bike, calls to manufacturers, back log details, delivery, Fed ex information, etc...I was truly impressed with his personal customer service. I also read his reviews before making my decision. I am glad I did. He is honest, personable and he does truly care about his customers. Thanks Robert... I appreciate all you did for me! I love the bike! Glad I waited!

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. My boyfriend and I use this chair every night. We both no longer wake up tight and in pain. We can tell if we skip a night from the chair. The seller was kind and helpful every step of the way. We are SO glad we gave our business to them. I try to recommend anyone looking for a chair to purchase from them.
