Great business! I have shopped from la Romi a couple of times never let me down. They are very approachable .. I messaged them on instagram they replied straight away and even rang me too see what products i wanted lovely lady went out her way just too see what i wanted and told me what they have in stock incase i wanted it. Have given three stars due to the communication as this was good throughout, always replied to emails and answered queries . I made an order which was shipped on 22nd March but unfortunately (due to Royal Mail ) I never received the products so I Can’t comment on items which is a shame really as I like to support small businesses . Have since ordered the same items through Amazon which arrived the next day .

It is a shame that you felt to you needed to mark us down, when this was related to Royal Mail lossing the parcel and that is the only part of our process that is completely out of our control.
It would be helpful to know what else we could have done differently for you to have a better experience. As for us to be able to improve from a 3 star experience to a 5 star one, we would need some constructive feedback that we can take onboard.
Please reach out if you feel there's any feedback, as on all our previous communications with you there has not been any suggestions as to what we could have done differently.
What is ultimately sad is that now you are instead supporting Amazon, instead of a small business. A sad day indeed .... !

Fantastic experience with this company
Fantastic experience with this company! Very quick delivery and products came beautifully packaged. I received the most wonderful complementary gift from them too with my most recent purchase along with a hand written note. I am very impressed with their service. I will be shopping with La Romi moving forward.

Sent the wrong item
Sent me the wrong item and were unable to send me the correct one. Only gesture was to offer 5% off next purchase, not to refund me for the incorrect item.

Thank you for taking time to review us. We appreciate all feedback.
The reason we did not offer to replace the item is that when received it was taken out of the sealed packaging. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot take back dummies that are not in their packaging (which we explained on our email). I'm sure you would not want to receive a dummy that has been previously taken out by another customer, as we cannot guarantee the cleanliness of it after the seal has been opened.
As mentioned we are very sorry that you felt disappointed as we strive to provide the best customer service to our customers.

Really easy click and collect service! I didn’t realise until I got home that some of the soothers I had purchased were the wrong size, however the lady was so helpful and delivered the correct size to my door that evening despite the terrible ice/snow on our road! Fantastic service and lovely people!
