Third order now and the consistency is what keeps me coming back. At least the batches I’ve ordered, the material behaves the same, which is so important when you're trying to keep results comparable across a study. Genuinely reliable, which is kinda rare in this space.

came here because the catalog covers the compounds i work with instead of just the popular few. good range of sequences and the blends and stacks are useful. documentation is thorough, every lot has its own cert you can pull up. though i'd like if the product pages could show a bit more of the analytical detail up front rather than only in the linked coa, would save a click when comparing lots. not a dealbreaker for me anyway. reliable supplier imo.

Placed my order on Tuesday, and it showed up at my lab Thursday. I was worried due to the quantity I was ordering, but the vials were sealed and labeled properly, and the lot number was right there on the vial.

Ordered a few compounds for a cell viability project and did what I always do with a new supplier, cross-checked the COA against my own HPLC run. Numbers matched, which is more than I can say for a couple of places I've used before. What sold me was finding out they run in-house testing and then send the same batch to two outside labs. I'd assumed third-party meant one lab doing the bare minimum. I'll sure be reordering.
