I wish I could give negative stars, I've been waiting 3 years for my inheritance, which Kwil promised would be done by January... now nobody is answering my calls or emails; the whole ordeal has cause my mental health to deteriorate, don't use this company, I will be taking this up with the legal Ombudsman

Having an absolute nightmare with Kwill and Abby Cohen as I am getting no responses to emails, messages or any one at all answering calls. We have been in a process for 2 years now and we've had no result.

Abby if you are reading this, please at least reply to our new solicitor who is trying to reach you. They need you to hand over documents in order to close out our process.

For anyone looking to use Kwil. I'd recommend you don't.

Christina Owen-Sullivan was a very great help in sorting probate for my mams estate, she was polite and explained everything clearly, there was clerical errors on the will and could not find the original one, but through her diligence it was resolved, thank you very much from myself and family.

The person I spoke to was very helpful, despite the fact that I thought I was talking to NS&I about my Dad's premium bonds. He sent me a form to fill in which I sent off to NS&I. I am still waiting to hear from them however.

I was recommended Kwill Legal Services from my partner. All through my process of my application from the "Grant of Probate" Christina was always on top of it in a true professional manner. Christina helped me through the slow Probate system (which was a nightmare 😳) anyway Christina got things done. Thank you 👍.

KWIL Obtained the Grant of probate. As the executor of the estate, living overseas, I did not know where to begin.
I found KWIL services, through google search, compared their process with three other probate lawyers and 3 law firms that dealt with probate. KWIL, provided a full service to complete and apply for probate.

Initially, I had gone to a law firm to apply for probate and within a week realised that the law firm, I had selected, were complicating the entire process and had charged me more than what I paid KWIL to complete the entire process e2e.

KWIL, completed the task of obtaining the grant of probate for 2 parents, in 9 month, of which one had passed away 4 years earlier. Initially, I had Amira on the case, when Amira left, Christina took over. Amira had been great but Christina was amazing. She took over the work seamlessly and was always ready to explain at every step of the way. KWIL are the best in dealing with obtaining Probate as they know how to make the process simple, at a time when their client is dealing with the emotional stress of having lost a loved one. All I had to do was provide them with the assets and liabilities, they completed all the forms and walked me through each one so that I could sign off on the accuracy of all the information that I had provided. Thank you Christina, Amira and KWIL. An exceptional team of professional who know how to get the job completed in a very cost effective manner. Where other law firms look to fleece their clients, KWIL gets the job done.

The first time we spoke to Christina at Kwil, she immediately put our mind at rest with the whole process of sorting out our family estate which was completely new to us! She is a great asset to the Kwil team because she is thorough and meticulous in how she goes about things. I personally found her easy to talk to and when I struggled to understand a particular process, she would go back and explain everything again which was so helpful. Christina was very professional and discrete and very supportive towards our particular awkward family dynamic. The whole process of applying for probate was done quickly and we received the Letters of Administration in good time. Thank you Christina for all your help. I would most certainly use Kwil again.

Kwil legal services I would highly recommend especially when you are feeling clueless and vulnerable after losing a loved one and you have to apply for grant of probate and I did not have a clue about any such thing. My case was even more complicated as the grant of probate was needed for overseas. It's a very friendly company made me feel at ease and was always clear on cost and procedures.
