WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! These people are complete scammers. Guy contacted my husband yesterday to get him to contact the shipping company because it was sent to Kansas. Boltexpress wanted a picture of his ID. Later he took the same tracking number and plugged it in on the real site and no such package was found. They have a guy inside Boltexpress who is support at the company, working with these people. This I believe is bigger than just taking people’s money. I believe they are also stealing identities, maybe even credit card fraud as well, which is why I will be reporting this site to the federal trade commission as well as the Department of Justice. My husband is diagnosed with cancer and we live in a state that he can’t get cannabis, which is why he tried to use this company. They are a bunch of losers that are NOT the Kings of LA or San Jose, like they claim to be. More like small time punks scamming good people and some with serious health problems. I promise if you order from them you will not receive anything. Take care and god bless.

My order number was 7332090019 I do not have the name of my server but every time the staff is away friendly and knowledgeable helpful

I was scammed!!! I was given a coupon code if I spent 200 I lost 158 bucks I have not gotten my order no communication number is disconnected and I paid via Apple Pay
How can we stop them!!?

Do not order from them,,,,, they are scammers & thieves! They take your money, then try to take more money from you stating they need insurance money to send the items through a fake shipping company.
You never get what you ordered!

Complete scam -- I ordered online and was contacted via text to pay through CashApp. After a week of no delivery I was contacted AGAIN with some story about how I hadn't met their (unlisted) order minimum. I was told it was listed in the footer, and I needed to increase my order for them to ship, at which point my order would be shipped out, they would send me my tracking info, and it would arrive within 72 hours.

After another week of no shipping confirmation, tracking info, or delivery, I reached out and found their numbers disconnected and I am unable to get in touch with anyone for info or refund.

Save yourself and your money, don't shop here.

So I ordered from this company July,6th and was given a tracking number for a company that does their shipping. The shipping company is Bolt ship express. Everything was going fine until today July 8th with Kushgroves.com. I started with a small order of only $120.00. I got a email/Text from Bolt Ship Express that the need a copy of my DL. and then another text requesting my to sign up for insurance for $300 dollars. DONT USE THIS COMPANY, they scammed me out of 120 plus 35 for shipping. Now they want me to pay 300 for insurance. RIPOFF

Shenanigans took place with the website and live chat. Be careful, questionable transactions using Venmo. I was definitely scammed

Back in June of this year, I had purchased flowers herb from kushgroves.com, and i never received my purchase. The owner of that site Juan Carlos tried to process my payment via debit card but his check out system didn't work at all. So he texted me and asked me to pay by e gift card for 160 dollars. I did that and once i paid for the items I bought, I also paid 20 dollars for domestic shipping. I was excited and waited a week for the delivery until Juan texted me again and told me I had to pay for the express delivery service he uses for an additional 270.00. I had to send that amount by gift card to him. I never received my product after i was conned total of 450.00! Be careful of Kushgroves.com, do not order anything from that site.
