Thread guys were great. They contacted me regularly, and really pulled through on both the product and delivery. The product was immaculate absolutely stunning to behold. And even though it was the height of Christmas shipping back log they still managed to expedite the shipping and get it to me on time even though I had already accepted it was going to be late. I will definitely be using kusak for all my crystal needs in the future
