I ordered the knife early December 2025 I still haven't received the knife and it's Easter 2026 I used my master card to pay for it witch was taken on the day of order no problem their the problem started when they started stealing money from my account they took 5 payments of $78 I only become aware of it when 3 lots of $78 was taken in one day I had to contact my bank which changed up the money I emailed kurokamistore1 about my knife their answers to my e-mails are the knife is fairly to deliver

Terrible company. Will rip you off. Ordered a knife on November. Was charged and never received. Overlooked the charge but was alerted in February when they charged me again 4 times in one week. Reached out to then by email. No response. Does not have a working telephone. Its a scam. Luckily my bank revered the charges and blocked them from any reoccurring charges.

I am more fortunate than most that I received a kife unfortunately it was notbthe quality as advertised. 2 months later they stole £160 from my account for an alleged warranty immediately did not request. IF YOU BOUGHT FROM THESE CROOKS CONTACT YOUR BANK AND BLOCK THEM TO STOP THEM FROM TAKING MONEY LATER ON.

Getting charged for bogus orders I did not place. No response to texts or emails to cancel orders. Did get one last year. It’s is ok, not as good as it looks in the ads. Sorry I ever ordered. Save your time and money. Don’t !

I took forever to arrive after Christmas, late. And now they keep charging my credit card monthly. Sorry excuse of a business!

Beautiful website and Facebook Ad's BUT its a scam. I ordered 2 knives on 11/30 and here it is 1/19/26 and still no knives. All emails bounce back from them! Piece of shit people and company!!!

Ordered my 6 knives last Nov 15 2025 and it's Jan 10 2026. No knives. Email inquiry is undeliverable. Tracking appears "in transit", and there's no way to validate.
Its a scam.

I ordered this knife on November 30th as a Christmas gift for my husband, it is now January 5th and I still have bot received it .. their email does not work and the tracking has been saying in transit

Have also placed an order in the middle of December, have been given a fake tracking number and all emails are now bouncing back
Definitely a scam

Bought this knife on 19th November 2025, had confirmation order was on its way the day after. Having sent emails with no response, I'm still waiting for the knife.
Seems to me to be a SCAM so don't order from this company.

UPDATE: 05/01/2026 - have now received another email saying it's on it's way with a different tracking number, which is untraceable.

Total scam. I have yet to get this item and it was ordered dec 2nd. It is now dec 23rd. I have emailed and what do you know it's undeliverable. Also see the same knives on temu for way less. I'm sick of Chinese scams. I've found that's where these actually come from and that the steel is 420 and that's basically crap.

I ordered a feather knife from this company based on their price and shipping time. Guess what. They are non contactable now. Their email bounces no telephone number and no knife delivered. The information on my order has not changed for 17days. I believe this to be a scam. DONT BUY from them. Just in case they are genuine my order number is 4872. Fix and deliver my order and I will amend this review
