Alex not only has a great personality but has the knowledge and expertise to go with it. He listens to what you need and then gives you great advise and allows you to choose what fits best for you.

Needed to remortgage our house so decided to use ks mortgages again as they were fab the first time. We worked with a different mortgage provider for many years, and they would always make a big deal out of renewing, which felt like they were inflating the work needed to justify their fee - months passed by and they still hadn't been able to secure a deal we wanted. We had enough of it this year, and following a recommendation switched to Key Solutions and worked with Ryan - after 72 hours from our initial call our mortgage was in place and everything was being finalised.
