My daughter wanted to order three…
My daughter wanted to order three products with total cost 49.76 euro and within three days the cost went up to 53.80 euro. She sent them a mail but they did not answer. When we plan to buy something according to a price and our budget we cannot follow changes like that.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand how important it is to plan your purchase at a predetermined price. The change in price may be due to the end of a promotion or automatic price updates ✨
We would like to clarify that the customer's request was received on Tuesday at 7:37 p.m., and the response was provided on Wednesday at 8:54 a.m. We would be happy to continue the conversation in private messages to review the situation in more detail and offer a possible solution 🌿

Eshop very good but courier service awful
The stars refers strictly to your courier provider, in my case was speedex, which was absolutely terrible, unpolite and unprofessional!!! My order was delivered yesterday on the 7/01 when it was supposed to be delivered on the 26! All this time I was trying to find out what was going on and guess what, no one was telling me anything, I was visiting their web site to track my order but the status was the same and same every day. They don't answer their phones and I end up paying additional 1.5€ to be delivered in a parcel box so I can finally go and pick up my order.I made this as a gift for my wife and even though she was satisfy from the products we have seconds thoughts if we will repeat the order or try to find alternative. Be careful with who you are collaborating with because that has immediate reflect to you.
Sincerely,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience in such detail. We are truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you went through — we completely understand how disappointing this must have been 😔
What you described regarding the tracking, the unresponsiveness, and the additional cost you had to pay is absolutely not acceptable, and we sincerely apologize for that experience. Please know that feedback like yours is taken very seriously. We are already reviewing our collaborations with courier providers, and comments like yours strongly reinforce the need to improve delivery options and reliability 🙏🏻
We truly appreciate your honesty and your trust in sharing this with us. Thank you as well for acknowledging the quality of the products — we hope we’ll have the opportunity to restore your confidence in the future ❤️
Happy and prosperous New Year!
Happy and prosperous New Year!
About the package, I tracked it when you sent it, however the Speedex company took too much time to deliver.
It should have been at my place on the 22nd and arrived on the 31st.
I know it's not your fault.
As a friendly suggestion, you may consider using other companies and ways to send your packages around Greece, since Speedex is a rather "slow" delivery service company.
A fact that I have verified from other clients as well. Perhaps, a drop off point? Box now etc?
Thank you.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such detailed and thoughtful feedback. We’re truly sorry for the delay caused by the courier and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. You’re absolutely right — this was not within our control, but we fully acknowledge the inconvenience it caused 🙏
We genuinely appreciate your friendly suggestion regarding alternative delivery options (such as different courier partners or drop-off points), and we can assure you that feedback like yours is taken very seriously as we continuously evaluate and improve our shipping methods across Greece.
Thank you again for your understanding, your trust, and for helping us become better. We truly appreciate it 💖
