I ordered two items at the start of…
I ordered two items at the start of November 2023. No where was it stated that the items were preorder only. This wasn’t the issue. I had to wait 8 months before receiving my first order which I had to chase up by emailing every month. I never received my second order, which resulted in me getting refunded. The company didn’t care or acknowledge the fact that I had been waiting a year for my order. I had the worse experience and will never order from the website again. I still don’t understand how they can sell items that they don’t plan on having any stock of for a year. The item that I eventually got refunded was on Amazon which doesn’t make any sense due to the company informing me that the item hadn’t been released yet. I believe they just comply forgot about my order and gave me excuse after excuse.

Pre-order Information: As clearly stated in the product descriptions, we marked the items as "ETA: Late 2023," and we also noted that delays may occur. Unfortunately, these delays were due to issues with Funko's release schedule, which were outside our control.
Communication & Refunds: While we were unable to reach out first due to the nature of being a small business with limited resources, we always respond promptly to inquiries and provided updates when you reached out to us. We also offered you a refund on multiple occasions, but you chose to wait. Once the delays continued, we processed the refund as soon as you requested it.
We apologize that the process didn't meet your expectations, and we always do our best to resolve issues as quickly as possible. We understand the frustration of waiting for orders, and we appreciate your feedback. If you'd like to discuss this further, feel free to reach out to us directly.

The funkos themselves are as great as ever and are always upfront with damages to boxes of the funkos which is helpful for those who collect in box. I received my package today. All the items were nice; however, the outside packing had wholes in it and the box was beaten up. Thankfully the Funkos were safe.
