Hello dear Niggatar,
We are very sorry to hear about your bad experience with us.
Our PayPal orders and payments are usually promptly and instantly delivered in most cases. However, in your case, we had problems with PayPal, where they were holding the payment and therefore we could not withdraw it. At all times we explained the current status and what was happening, asking for your patience until we could resolve the problem. On the other hand, we always gave you the option of a refund in case you wanted it.
We deeply apologize for what happened, but these are situations that are out of our hands, and although we did our best, we could only wait until the payment was released.
We will make sure that this kind of incident will not happen again in the future. Also, we would appreciate if you could contact us at contact@krispymods.com, where we will be happy to review your case in detail and offer you the best solution that fits your requests.
Thank you very much, we look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
- KrispyMods Management.
