We went to Durdle Door and Bournemouth with Krish Travel on 31 August 2025. It was relatively a small group of 16 persons. We were provided a 16/17 seater vehicle. The condition of the vehicle was good. There was no Tour Manager from Krish Travel. The driver, Mr. Paul, took care of us. He was polite and punctual. Indian food served to us for lunch was tasty and hygienic. Hot masala tea was also available in thermos. Our overall experience with Krish was quite nice. The trip would have been even better if a couple of additional things were provided by Krish during the trip:
1. Minimum 500 ml drinking water in a sealed bottle to each tourist.
2. An experienced and energetic tour manager who could have enlightened us with the local history, geography and interesting stories/anecdotes regarding the places of visit during the journey.

Went for one day trip to Durdle Door and Bournemouth. It was a good memorable experience. Best part is that we all can gather and travel together with our Indian community. It was all started with Hearing out Bhavya’s nice Welcoming Announcement. Bhavya, being so young along with her younger brother Vedant who fantastically managed the whole trip so well and kept their energy level high till we were returned. Bhavya was very confident, bold and very friendly in handling adults. She was very proactive in taking immediate actions eg making announcements, seeking feedback’s. Both Bhavya and Vedant made sure us to be on time and very polite.

Overall it was a good experience. Only thing which I prefer the next time is hot meals.

The trip with the team was nice,we enjoyed it,this was our second trip with Krish.

It was a nice experience to travel with Krish travel agency. And it was my 1st time to travel with Krish travel agency. The food was good and also the tour managers did good job. But, due to the rainy weather we couldn't enjoy the trip in a way we wanted. So, in that case I would request Krish travel agency to provide extra half an hour to passengers when there is bad weather conditions. Thanks.

Coming to the Tour Managers(Heroes of the trip) Bhavya & Vedant, their friendly and polite approach is so good. The way they communicated with everyone in the trip and the care they shows is really appreciated...

The food is so good..

Had great day out for the tour experience for Durdle door tour.Bhavya was outstanding in her tour guide .

I had one of the worst travel experiences with Krish travels UK during a trip to the Cotswolds and Bath.
1. Poor Coordination:
There was zero coordination between the driver and the tour guide. At Cotswold, we were left waiting 45 minutes to 1.5 hours because the driver disappeared and was out of coverage. The excuse given was that the driver was new and didn’t know where to go.
2. Rushed Schedule:
At Bath, we barely got 20 -30 minutes to explore. The driver insisted he had to return to Milton Keynes by 8 PM because of his schedule, completely ruining the experience.
3. Unsafe Driving:
Shockingly, the driver was literally falling asleep while driving. We even captured a photo. Despite our requests for him to take a rest, he refused, putting everyone’s safety at risk.
4. Unprofessional Management:
The so-called managers/owners (Ajay, Arpit, Dheeraj) admitted their mistakes but refused any proper compensation. Instead, they tried to negotiate with us and even requested us not to leave negative reviews, which shows a lack of accountability.

Overall, this was the cheapest, poorest, and most unsafe service I’ve ever encountered. I strongly advise others to avoid Krish Travels UK. Not worth your money, time, or safety.

Excellent customer service and kept us updated with any changes in the airline flight time, etc. Going extra mile for any help requested. I will continue to use their service.

A day well spent. It was a 1 day tour organized through krishh travels. Good memories made to cherish. Good supporting staff, easily approachable and supportive driver. Thank you dheeraj for making our day special and am sure there will be many more to come
