This guy throws out useless offers
This guy throws out useless offers. He does NO research on the area and sends out mass mailings. Offered 13k on a lot I just sold for 38k. Offered 26k on 2 lots that are going for 65k. He does NOT know the areas or the market values. His offers are useless.

I'm sorry we upset you with our offer letters. It definitely wasn't my intent, but it sounds like they were priced too low. I'm the one doing all the research on pricing, and sometimes I mess it up. This is a small company that my wife and I run together, and I genuinely work hard to send out quality offers and give great customer service, but it doesn't always work as planned. If you take a look at our other reviews, you'll see we have a lot of very happy customers. In cases like yours where the offer is too low, we often negotiate more agreeable prices. I sent you a similar response by email, so please get back to me with any additional questions or comments. The same goes for any of our potential customers - my wife and I are happy to chat and answer any questions or concerns.

I understand you’re upset about the offer price listed on a letter we mailed you. I do apologize if you found it offensive, or felt we were trying to ‘rip you off’, that was not our intent. We do not aim to offer 20% of value, and if that was the case for you, it is likely an issue with our estimation of price for the area.
Regarding our trustworthiness, I think the reviews from our prior customers speak to that quite well. We work hard to be completely transparent and forthcoming with our customers, which is why we offer this review platform, our BBB profile, website, and include our names, photo and contact info on our marketing materials. We are happy to speak with you, or anyone, about an offer we made and discuss the price and whether it makes sense for you to sell to us or choose another sales option.

I (with my two brothers and sister) recently sold a vacant lot in Lake Placid, FL to David Krebs of Krebs Realty. He approached us via a letter of interest to purchase the property with a very fair offer. We had received previous offers and his offer was the best to date. He handled all the details (purchase agreement, title company, closing costs). He communicated via email which made the process very efficient since we all live in different parts of the US. It was a stress-free process and we each had our money in less than 30 days. I recommend Krebs Realty highly.

Over the years I've received offers to…
Over the years I've received offers to buy my land in Florida. Some, but not
all, were scams. Krebs Realty sent me a letter inquiring if I would be
interested in selling my land. I called David and had a constructive conversation. I counter offered a selling price that I felt was a reasonable
price for my property. David did all the work on the sale and incurred all
the expenses. In a matter of hours a notary was at my house with the papers
and within two days I received a certified check via priority mail, Everything
moved seamlessly...no delays or hassles . Krebs Realty is spot on how they
