The packaging was so cute and the fabric/fit was amazing! I’ve order from a lot of expensive bikini brands and been disappointed in the quality and fit but kotomi is going to be my new go to! The order was also sent to me in Canada so fast which was nice

Sizing was difficult and the way it fit…
Sizing was difficult and the way it fit was different from the images on the website. Returned my first set of bikinis and got a store credit,I used that to get a different underwear, thinking it would be more flattering. However, the way it fit looked like a sumo wrestler's underwear. I could not return it because it was on sale. I would just love a refund instead of a store credit I'm not going to use. Kotomi has lost my business and I will advise people against from purchasing from here as they only offer store credits even if their swimwear does not fit.

I looooove Kotomi. The fabric is amazing and so are the designs!
Plus Angie and Liv are very sweet, they sent me a handwritten note thanking me for my purchase, along with a Tim Tam (delicious) and a Vegemite (not so delicious) 😅.
It also arrived very quickly!
