Hi Disterhof,
Thank you again for your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear about your experience.
We would just like to clarify that Anua 100+ PDNR+ Hyaluron is not formulated as an eye cream and is not intended to be applied close to the eye area. The skin around the eyes is much thinner and more sensitive, which can make it more prone to stinging – especially with active formulas.
We always recommend doing a patch test before introducing a new product and allowing the skin to gradually adjust by applying a small amount at first. If stinging or tightness occurs, it may indicate sensitivity to one of the ingredients.
Everyone’s skin reacts differently, and we completely understand your disappointment. If you’d like guidance in finding a formula better suited for sensitive skin, we’re more than happy to help.
Best regards,
Emil

Hi Kirby,
I’m really sorry to hear about this – I completely understand your frustration. Making four extra trips to the post office only to be told the package isn’t there each time is absolutely not acceptable, especially for an expensive order. And being marked as “no one available at delivery” when someone is there 24/7 is understandably upsetting.
Unfortunately, we don’t have direct control over DHL Express’ internal handling, but that doesn’t mean we take this lightly. DHL Express is supposed to be a premium service, and this experience clearly doesn’t meet that standard.
What we’ll do from our side:
- Review the shipment details internally once more
- Contact DHL Express directly and request a clear explanation
- Make sure a proper solution is arranged (for example, a new delivery attempt or an alternative solution)
Please reach out to our customer service with your order number so we can handle this for you as quickly as possible. You shouldn’t have to spend more time or energy on something that isn’t your fault.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience – feedback like this is important and helps us push the carrier to do better.
Best regards,
Emil

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback, Xenia! 😊
We’re very happy to hear that you’re pleased with the products and that the ordering process went smoothly. Regarding the delivery time, we’d like to clarify that your order was placed during a public holiday. On public holidays, no parcels are dispatched, which means shipping starts from the next working day.
Your package was delivered within the promised timeframe once regular working days, when postal services are handled, resumed. During the Christmas period, there are both public holidays and regular weekends, which naturally need to be taken into account when calculating delivery times.
We truly appreciate your understanding and your feedback, and we hope to give you an even better experience with your next order.
Best regards,
Emil
