DO NOT ORDER FROM KOPELIT! Such a scam as others have found too. Terrible quality product which I realised I wanted to return as soon as I opened it. I requested a refund and they used a range of tactics to confuse and distract me from persuing a refund. An initial promising email stated
'We will send you a free return label along with all the necessary instructions. As per our 30-day returns policy, there is no cost to you.'
However, after this I received a reply in another language followed by another reply saying I had contacted the wrong 'store' and that they were not 'Kopelit' (despite it being the same Kopelit email I had used prior). It appears the company trades under the name Homirie as well and tried to use this as a diversion. It took a number of emails to get them to acknowledge they were Kopelit at which point they stated that I could have a refund if I posted the item to China at my own expense. I exchanged many emails quoting their first response to me and their website regarding free postage for returns but to no avail. They WILL NOT REFUND this poor quality item. Waste of my money and waste of so much of my time. AVOID.

Do not and I repeat, DO NOT use this store. I ordered a 3 blade designer ceiling fan and the site said it has a UK warehouse. Realised when I got the shipping note it was coming from china. What finally arrived was a much smaller cheaper 5 blade fan. Totally misrepresented. No reply to any emails so far. Will have to do a section 75 chargeback to credit card. Buyer beware.

Ordered and paid for a ceiling fan assuming that it was coming from Spain. Order did arrive except that all tracking information indicated China as land of despatch. Product did arrive 3 weeks later but was the wrong product and missing the control unit so did not even work. Customer support did reply but did not recognise the Order number, KP1195, even though it was referenced on all order documentation. No longer responding to any email communication and contact telephone number is not operational. Avoid this company at all cost, hiding behind a fancy website!

Ordered a chair rug a week ago and never heard anything since .. so suspect it’s a scam. Will probably have to reclaim my money back from Visa.

Do not order from this site.. order arrived and wasn’t what I ordered and the quality is very cheap, definitely not worth the money. They say they are from Spain but when investigated the products are China and India. Scam!!!!!

Do not buy from this business. I ordered aluminium lights and received small plastic ones and now they’re saying I didn’t order from them even though I’ve forwarded the order confirmation

I just received the order it's not air conditioning or a good heater very weak airflow it's just air fan not worth the money not honest sale.

Strange company no reply to emails telephone call and number not connecting unable to order with PayPal seems very suspicious have not ordered for that reason

Delivery was exactly on time. The lamp looks te same as on the picture
