non-existent customer support

Navigating the website is horrible and messages / emails get no response. 2 different monitors showed technical defects after only a year and they can't even be returned despite being covered by warranty.

Bad WhatsApp Support with no help

After half a year my Monitor got problems and stripes. Contacted koorui through their whatsapp Support. They reply very fast but didnt provide any real assistance and seemingly lied about forwardingthe case. They just stalled. I reached out to Amazon then, where I bought the Monitor, and got help there. The koorui support might be one of the worst ive experienced the last years.

Bad assistance, problems after 2 years and a half

The monitor offers good image quality for the price, and as long as it worked properly, I was satisfied.

Unfortunately, after less than three years of use, serious problems appeared (black lines across the entire screen). The product is covered by a three-year manufacturer's warranty, so I contacted KOORUI support.

The response time was very long and unclear. I was asked to ship the monitor to Germany at my own expense in mid-November. I received the repaired screen on January 10th. It's a shame it wasn't mine, but a different model.
It's a shame, because the product itself isn't bad, but the after-sales experience was very disappointing.

Ordered a monitor on 1st January for…

Ordered a monitor on 1st January for son’s birthday on the 9th. First red flag was no email to confirm my order. Got the order number from my online account and emailed 2 days later to ask about the order as the tracking says ‘awaiting information’. They said it will be dispatched tomorrow. 2 days on and I chase them again, only to be told 2-3 more days! I’m not holding out much hope of it arriving and will probably have to ask my credit card company to chargeback the money. Although they respond quickly, they don’t really offer any explanation or apology for the hold-up. Will not use this company again.

Avoid this Seller – Dishonest and Unprofessional

I deeply regret buying from this seller. After my monitor developed an issue, they instructed me to ship it back at my own cost, which I did (with tracking proof). Weeks later, instead of honoring their warranty, they told me they could not provide after-sales service because of “Brexit” and then claimed they were “on holiday.”

I have been left without a monitor I urgently need for work, out of pocket for shipping costs, and with no resolution. Their excuses are contradictory and unacceptable. This feels like a scam — they take your product back and then stop responding seriously.

I will be reporting this seller to consumer protection authorities for misleading and potentially fraudulent practices.

Buyers beware: if anything goes wrong with your product, do not expect support, honesty, or professionalism.

Scam?

Ordered a monitor. Received a very unprofessional seeming email asking if it was my order. Responded saying it yes it was. No response, no tracking number, no response to multiple follow up emails. A month later still no monitor. The number on their website connects to a fulfilment warehouse that apparently can't track my order as they aren't connected to koorui's database. Terrible service and possibly a scam.

Horrific - AVOID

Horrific, AVOID! purchased a monitor through amazon, December 2024. Returns via Amazon was up to and including 31st Jan 2025. Monitor was in use from 25th Dec 2025 til start of May, and one day, the screen just flickered with green lines, and half the screen won't work. Amazon won't help because it's been past 5 months... Koorui email have finally come back to me saying it's a human accident, and they won't help. No one has touched the monitor, 2 adult household, and its in a separate room, just for gaming. They dont believe this isn't a human accident, how frustrating and offensive! £180 down the drain for less than 5 months' use!

Totally unresponsive

I'm trying to reach them from a couple of days through every channel, Facebook, email, WhatsApp, but no one is replying, at least with a "courtesy response". I've bought a gaming monitor on Amazon in Sept 24 and from a while it's flickering. The good is covered by the 24-month warranty, therefore they are obliged to take care as per applicable law. For the moment, they deserve 1 star, I hope to increase this vote in the next days.

I've had to contact trading standard

I've had to contact trading standards and having to waste more time on calls to get my money back via the bank. I purchased: Koorui 25E3A 24.5" VA 170HZ Full HD Gaming Monitor × 1 on 03/06, nothing has been delivered and they've stolen the money. They ignore emails. Avoid - shop elsewhere!

Definitely avoid at all costs!

Ordered the 240HZ 27" monitor new off of Amazon. When I received it, everything was easy to setup. However, monitor was faulty as it wouldn't power on no matter what I did. Tried to contact Koorui directly about this issue through their provided email on the website, since the Amazon page said that Koorui had a warranty on the product. However, I have received no email back from this company. Thankfully Amazon is refunding me fully and I'm returning it. For now, stay clear of this company. Very shady, especially with the no contact.

Ordered a keyboard in May through…

Ordered a keyboard in May through Amazon and stopped working two weeks ago. Saying the battery is gone and still appears when replacing batteries. Looked at other reviews recently and the same happening with other people who bought a keyboard with this company. Contacted the company through their website and no one is returning my emails.
