I've been testing Konvey as an alternative to Loom (a product I've been using for a couple of years), and so far it's met most of my expectations!

The dashboard and UI/UX aren't as polished as Loom yet, but I'm sure it will get there.

The "video request" feature is something that will be really, but I haven't tested it as yet!

The simplicity of just pressing a button to record and then share made us fall in love with the tool from the first click. We are still exploring the additional features, but the screen recording for internal team training has served us perfectly.

I'm really enjoying Konvey so far. I've been shifting more of my business towards asynchronous communication lately. While I've been a heavy user of Loom, I recently switched to Zoom clips, which is okay, but it got me thinking: why pay $15 a month for Zoom when I can achieve everything with Konvey (lifetime) and Google Meet (included with G Suite)? It's been working out great! The only thing that adds a bit of extra time is the prompt at the end where it asks whether I want to complete/move to the next task, or redo, and then I have to name the video. However, I actually appreciate this step because it ensures I give the video a name I can easily search for later. I recently recorded a longer 7-minute asynchronous video, and it took about a minute to load, but that wasn't a major issue, and I'm confident Konvey will refine its performance over time. The one suggestion I have for immediate improvement is the ability to include a video of myself when I select a specific window. Currently, it only shows me if I choose 'entire screen,' which looks a bit odd on my wide 35" monitor.

Having used the Konvey tool extensively, I can confidently say that it has truly transformed my video messaging experience. The platform's intuitive interface, exceptional video quality, and diverse sharing options have made it a standout choice for me. The affordability and reliable cloud storage only add to its appeal.

Loom is too expensive for what it is. This product intrigued be because you can ask for and send videos to people. I found the help desk to be very responsive when I reached out. Not your typical startup customer service.

A very promising Loom alternative, a very nice way to receive feedback from users and send personalized explainer videos. So far I like it a lot, looking forward to see how it develops with more features.

The ability to request videos from clients, as well as generate them is fanTASTIC, looking forward to using it more. My business is very very very visual, and at times, an email simply can't give the details needed, nor the TONE of what a client actually wants. This product takes care of that!

I am looking forward to additional functionality in integrations, and the roadmap looks VERY promising!

The onboarding video is short and informative, covering everything you need, and so far I have found the support very proactive. I am very happy with Konvey and very glad I found it!

This is a great alternative to loom that is well worth checking out. What I love about Konvey is the video requests which can be used for support or testimonial videos.

The company cares about its subscribers and customers. Their products are good, and I believe I will be great as time and refinements come. The Konvey app works, it's a bit click-heavy for the moment but quite usable at a good price.

The konvey.app does it all - audio, video, text, and even screen capture! I'm providing extra value to each client's digital estate, and they love using it!

I'm stretched between superb and terrible. I love Konvey's support and commitment to their product. I don't love how problematic it is to use. It works on Chrome, most of the time. It works on Firefox occasionally. It does not work on IOS Safari or on Quicktime desktop. They blame Safari and Quicktime but other formats work there and I can't help my clients with a tool that I can't fully trust to work. I commend their support but I can't say that 100% of what they say matches my experience. Please keep up the good work. There's much more to do.

Konvey has been a huge time saver and really easy to use. No more recording my screen via Quicktime and then having to edit, upload, and host my videos. My clients love it to as I can quickly and easily create step by step video tutorials.

From what I can tell from the first few days, Konvey does exactly what it says it will do. Zero complaints and look forward to using it for many years to come. 4/5 becuase I only give 5 to something that is perfect. There is room for improvements but I am a happy customer thus far.

Easy to use and works! I have tested it across multiple browsers including mobile. But for my use case the best feature is the video request which I use to request a video from clients to show me exactly what problem they are having using our software. (We are a software development company)
