Great Quality, Great Customer Service
I bought an older model „the Alex“ from them, after a year of owning them, I lost one of the screws holding the glass panes in, I contacted customer support and they immediately sent me replacement screws, even though those glasses are apparently technically discontinued.
Besides the great interaction, I wanna point out the excellent build quality of the glasses, your 10-euro H&M sunglasses don’t hold a candle.
Another nice touch was the letter that contained the replacement screws also was handwritten. In a time where everything is automated and comes from somewhere far away, this was refreshing.
I will be buying more glasses in the guture

THANKS to Lonneke in the Amsterdam store
While walking around Amsterdam, my husband fell in love with a watch through the window of the local KOMONO store. The lady working there was so nice, helped us take his favorite watch with us that same day. Once home (in the US), my son decided he really wanted a KOMONO watch - one for his girlfriend too. I wasn't able to find the ones he wanted online, so I emailed the Amsterdam store to see if they had "the ones" in stock. Lonneke from the Amsterdam store went out of her way to help. After multiple emails back and forth discussing options of how to buy and then get the watches to us, we have received the watches, and everyone is thrilled. THAT is superior customer service - THANKS Lonneke!!

While we work very closely and fast with FedEx, unfortunately re-delivery attempts and changes do take time which in this case caused it to arrive to late. Again we're sorry for this.

Please know that there is no more guarantee card needed with our products. The warranty will run with the order number saved in our system or with a receipt/ confirmation email.
As for the packaging, we're not sure what you mean by it not being good but if it's broken you can of course reach out to our team at support@komono.com and they'll send a new pouch case out to you.

Ich habe eine Sonnenbrille bestellt bei der die Bügel verbogen sind
Nachdem ich eine Email geschrieben habe das ich diese gerne retournieren möchte da die Brille defekt ist.
Kam die Antwort ich müsse die Retoursendekosten selbst tragen. Dies finde ich nicht akzeptabel, da es sich um einen Defekten Artikel handelt.
