Non-existent Customer Support – Faulty fan ignored Rating: ⭐
"I recently purchased the Kolink Observatory HF Glass case, only to find the bottom front 140mm ARGB fan dead on arrival. I reached out to Kolink Support (Case S/N: 001007) twice, providing full video evidence and proof of purchase, but I have been completely ignored for over 5 days.
The retailer (e-shop.gr) demands a return of the entire chassis for a single faulty fan, which is absurd and impractical for a fully assembled system. I asked Kolink for a simple replacement fan to avoid the hassle and shipping costs, yet they haven't even bothered to acknowledge my emails.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of after-sales service. If you value your time and support, look elsewhere. A company is defined by how they handle issues, and Kolink has failed miserably."
