Took a little longer than i expected But was a GR8 deal with discounts they offered , talked with customer service, vary nice and unexpected to get someone i could talk to and understand.

This is my very first time purchasing from Koala. I love that the product I needed was available and the discounted price was fantastic. The only issue i had was that it came one day later than expected but I'm not sure if that was an issue with the post office.

Great customer service. I needed my dog’s meds in 5 days because we were leaving on vacation. Called & you were kind enough to mail the prescription that day. However, they did not arrive in time so I had to pay someone to get them from the post office and drive them to the boarding place. Cost me an extra $20. That’s why I rated 4 stars. You should have an option to expedite shipping. I would rather pay more to have the meds sooner. This is my first time ordering from Koala so we’ll see how it goes. I’m waiting for my code so I can submit this review. Really?

Setting up recurring orders is very hard

While I don’t know the names of those who helped me, each representative was exceedingly helpful in helping me re-order the Advantage my pet needed even though we had a slight glitch. They stuck with me, each one was knowlegeable.

Horrible customer service .in seotember my vet authorized and 12 mon prescription.
I used their discount of 35.00 to start the auto ship .total was 67.00.product arrived they added charges of 30 some dollars to my order after it processed. I had the screen shot .they also changed the vet name who prescribed the meds to my pet.i called they said they refunded the added charged to my card .at that time I asked koala to cancel my credit card from their use permanently. Not interested in doing business with unethical company. It's illegal to change a prescription.
So couple days ago I receive a package from koala ,unordered unauthorized and I had removed my card from thier company use for my dogs.
I called less than a month from cancelling everything and they could not find my account for shipping they told me to open it to give her the info.obviously their scam so I could not refuse the package.
Then they claim there is 2 accounts so they kept my card information that is cancelled to make shipment my vet never authorized and I the owner never authorized. I was never even warned they were charging 138.00 with out my consent on a card removed from all my pets info.
They are scammers .charging more than any other supply.changing vet prescriptions for their own use,using unauthorized cards after cancelled.
I would never trust them again.they were instructed to send pickup for this medicine. As vet never authorized .vet authorized to costco in 2025.

It took a long time to ship my orders, once shipped it arrived the next day or so. It only shipped after I called and reported the issue.

My dog really needed antibiotics for this serious infection and it took over a week to ship.

This was such an adorably packaged first time purchase from Koala Health! Shipping was fast and purchasing was extremely easy. Will be using this service as my new place for medicine!

I wish that you would adopt using UPS/FedEx versus USPS to speed up the delivery process.

I ordered my dog’s heart worm/other worm chewable. I was called about my order and I wasn’t going to be able to order her 6 months of meds because Skippy would be due for a blood test but I was able to order 1 pill.
It took a long time to be delivered and I was not able to take my dog outside. I was not sure why it took over 8 days for her medication to be delivered.

The pricing for the meds I needed were good. The vet verification a d shipping time seemed slow compared to my usual online pharmacy.

I was sent the wrong prescription. He needs the trio in order to prevent heartworm. I can return this one and need the correct prescription.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I received a promo code from my vet and a 3 months proscription for my dog. After three months I get an email letting me know another 3 months proscriptions is on the way. I called the company right away to let them know that I did not authorize the auto ship. They told me that it was already shipped and that they couldn't send it back. When I spoke to the lady on the phone she told me to just not open the package and send it back. which I did. now when I called back to let them know the supervisor was not helpful at all and told me i will not get a refund. I had to get my bank involved canceled my card and now waiting to see what happens.

Please be carful with this company. Very miss leading and not helpful at all. Please check and make sure they don't sign you up for auto ship with out your approval.

Get your medication from Publix or chewy they are the best.

First time using Koala and will be my last. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Impressive customer service! My package came with a bandana for my pup and a handwritten note from the pharmacy! Medication arrived on time and I appreciated the special touches in the packaging!
